Gratitude To The 

People Of Minitz

I, Gregorius Roa, thank the people of Minitz for having put their trust on me, I promise to accomplish all of my other promises if I win the elections for mayor, for you have trusted me and I need to reciprocate that trust with accomplishments as the mayor of this great city. So, I hereby present my proposals within this document - I hope you like them - and I hope for a better Minitz, a better Aaun.

Seeing what my opponent presented in the debate, I hereby introduce to you to my

 First proposition: Every race shall have equal rights, for the Kanun does not mention to discriminate against others just for what their birth race is, nor who they were born from, as the children are not charged with the sins of their kin.

-Allow non-Reinmaren elves and other races the opportunity to lease houses inside the walls of Neu Brandthof, bringing more chances to the humanoid non-Reinmaren to lease a house. This settlement is a human settlement and not a majority of elven, dwarven or other races.

-If a non-human individual wishes to become Reinmaren, they should be given the chance to do so, just as a human, for we should accept everyone that wishes to be Reinmaren into the culture; they should be given the same rights as those who have taken the oath to become Reinmarens, letting them lease a farmstead, as well as to lease a house inside the walls if they wish to do so, and to live in a farmstead.

Second proposition: Address the issue of housing, by building a provisional office in charge of directly solving the matter. In the stead of the Duke, the Bailiff or the deceased Lawspeaker Petsch, for everyone deserves to have a house in haste. It is our duty to assure these homes safe, and comfortable, and in doing so makes our community thrive.

Third proposition: Begin to push the government of Minitz in order to enrich the streets with the basic access of:  

-A local banker

-A public aviary

-A fully-functioning soulstone pillar 

Fourth proposition: To host moots after the officials have ended, to discuss with the Burgh upon concerns and what to vote for, then expose those weaknesses to the Duke after the discussion ended in a way of strengthening our walls from within.

For the propositions both of us agreed on:

-Organize training lessons with the military, in the hope our people will not suffer another defeat to the ferrymen again, nor any other enemy of  Minitz and Aaun.

-After the candidate debate finished, my competent opponent’s opinion changed, so I will put it here too, if a non-Reinmaren, be it human or non-human gives his all for Minitz, helping in any way possible, they should be given the chance to lease a farmhouse outside the walls, or to buy a house inside the walls.

For the propositions accepted from the people:

-Organize a search team to bring home Hannah Herrlichkeit and Teft Barclay alike, not only for the Herrlichkeits be buried together, but to honor a Ritter of Minitz with proper burials. Hopefully, this gives the citizens a sense of some tranquility and resolved matters.

-Supervise the local architecture of housing, so that the external facade isn’t changed and it does not affect the overall aesthetics of Minitz.

As many know, the tribe of Roa has existed for a long time, being even before Neu Brandthof was erected, and I, Gregorius Roa, chieftain of the tribe of Roa, am happy to announce that the tribe is now an official part of the Duchy Of Minitz, after the previous moot was celebrated

                                                                       Objectives of the tribe

As many might imagine, everything and everyone has objectives they want to accomplish, and for such I hereby present to you the objectives the tribe wants to accomplish, be it in a near of far future

The First Objective is to protect the realm we are in, or to protect themselves if we are a realm in itself.

The Second Objective is to bring knowledge to the people that trust us, be it from the youngest of children, to the most elderly of elders, if they trust us, and want to have our knowledge, we ought to share it 

The Third Objective is  to bring harmon/tranquility to the real we are, because with no harmony, there will be no place to learn in, and not a single trace of the peace we say we want to protect

The Fourth Objective is to earn money, I know all of you who are reading this might think this is a selfish and greedy wish of mine to earn more money than what I can even imagine. but. It is not for a selfish dream, it is to accomplish all the other objectives, this is the most important of them all. 

Because with no money, how would you buy books to teach the children with? how would you hire teachers that are able to teach them? with no money, how would you hire soldiers to maintain the peace and harmony of the realm?  and even if you get to hire those soldiers, how would you buy them weapons to defend themselves and the realm they are in?

The official surname of the tribe of Roa is going to be Roa itself, to differentiate who is inside the tribe, and those who are outside of it easily.

As per the Law of the Kanun, it is thus that the Tribe of Roa shall don the secondary name of Eicher. Such shall be held by the spouses and offspring's of the tribesmen and women, who have not yet undergone their trials.

First Trial:

Trial Of Bestowment

Be it in the ways of killing, crafting, or speaking, teach someone a useful skill that could work in their daily life; That is what the trial consist of, teaching someone you don't know, or know little, a useful skill they might use in their daily life This must be supervised by a high rank of the tribe, who will decide if the trial was completed or not

Second Trial:

Trial of Succor  

The trial consists on aiding someone, having a big struggle on their life, not just any trivial problem, this trial must be supervised by one major rank of the tribe, or, by defect, get the person that needed the aid to a high rank of the tribe, so they testify what they were helped with

On The election of new Chieftains:

A new chieftain will be elected after a voting of the tribe members decides that is imperative to change it, the new chieftain will be elected amongst the members of the tribe through seniority on the tribe, and the good deeds they have made inside or outside; And reputation they have within the tribe.

On The Tribe Laws:
There is only two laws, because we follow the Kanun and base on that to be good Minitzers

1-Those inside the tribe must respect the people inside or outside of the tribe as they were equals, independently of the rank, and show respect to those who deserve it

2-The quarrels inside the tribe, will be solved inside the tribe, not involving people from the outside, only the lawspeaker or the Duke if necessary, but apart from that, no fight shall be solved with involving people from outside the tribe

I, Gregorius Roa, chieftain of the Roa tribe hereby announce through this letter that the tribe will be adopting Sylvia, a girl that was mistreated by her parents and ran away from home because of that, stopping by the city of Brandthof, on the Duchy of Minitz; The girl seemed like she wasn't taken good care ever, as she fainted at the gates, be it from exhaustion, or because of her hunger.

I wanted to make the information of Sylvia's adoption public because I do not want my new daughter to be treated in any kind of bad manner, and to let the world know that she is under my protection, and under the protection of the whole of Roa Tribe.

I will copy what a letter from Sylvia's mother in this announcement, for the people to understand the situation; the letter goes: Anyone who read this please do me a favor and take this useless brat I won't even charge you for taking her in as long as I don't need to see her I'm happy
