The dream your character has had is allowed if it is just that, a dream. However the amulet showing up in his hand suggests that it is not and is something more magical in nature. For starting characters because Lord of the Crafts magic lore is so in-depth, we do not allow new characters to be magically affiliated what so ever, as for magic to work in our universe it must align with our lore. Please clarify in your roleplay example that the dream is not magical in nature, and some sort of link to the amulet that is also non-magical. For example, he could have seen the amulet in his house before. Forgotten about it. Started to have the dreams, sleepwalked and happened to find it! You can be creative with however you decide to change it, or if you would like to take it out entirely. You characters physical description and skin is not up to LOTC standards. Blue hair is not allowed as it is not a natural hair color for a high elf and your description states he has a gold eye and blue eye yet your skin shows a gold eye and a purple eye. Please make sure you update your skin and description to match each other and that they are within LOTC's high elven lore. If you need help with a starter high elf skin, feel free to check out our free skin archive. Also please look over our racial lore for high elves which will show you their natural attributes.
