You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” "Oh, I just, uh…" you stutter, tensing up. You eye the crone, then back outside the tent. For a moment, the air thickens with anticipation, until… "I am from a simple forest, where everyone lives in harmony. My mom was a florist, and my dad was a farmer." I said. After that, I was hesitant to tell her more, but I decided to tell her the rest. "We lived our best life, until, on my 17th birthday, a gang of ruffians took everything from us." I said with sorrow. "I joined a group of adventures to get our supplies back. But when we got there, there was an ambush. I found a bow and arrows near a tent, and fought the ruffians with my fellow adventures. We all tried our best, but out of everyone, I was the only one who survived the ruffian's ambush." After I said that, I thought of my best friend, who I lost in the fight against the ambush. "But when I came back, everyone was gone. I searched everywhere, but I didn't find anyone." I began to cry. I hoped to find my parents soon. "The only thing I found, were my mom's flower accessories." I pointed to the flowers I was wearing. "I took them, and then after that I went to find everyone, and here we are."
