You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” Erik had wide eyes as he looked at the old hag lowering himself slowly onto the cushion looking around being wary of his surroundings. "I wandered upon it" Erik said as he quickly shut himself up as he looked at the background of where the hag sat. "I lived in a poor village outside of the kingdom" Erik said as his gaze slowly made its way to the hag as he spoke. "I lived in a rough cottage with basic structure I helped build with others around me" Erik stated as he looked at his hands with rough calluses showing from his days of hard work. "I come from outside an urban location with my family being seen as heartlanders living in the rougher conditions of the normal man, with many of my friends and family being lost to the neglect of the nobales" he said as he lowered his head for a brief moment of silence before raising his head once again to speak to the hag. "We live poor and are treated poorly because of this, it's a goal of mine to hope to make it out one day to live a better life with my family" he stated as he looked at the hag as he stopped talking.
