You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?))
Kareem's gaze sharpened as he studied the hag, his eyes narrowing in suspicion. As he pondered the eerie sight of the candles mysteriously levitating above the tent floor, his mind wandered. Summoning his courage, Kareem stepped forward, his voice steady and firm.
"I am Kareem Al Hajjar, a wanderer hailing from the distant land of Norland in search of both treasure and adventure. My life has been ruined by poverty and the oppressive rule of a tyrannical king. Day in and day out, I endured unbearable hardships, yearning for a glimmer of hope that would lead me to a brighter existence."
A fire ignited in Kareem's eyes as he recalled the torment he had endured. "Driven by an indomitable spirit, I made the audacious decision to escape my hometown, leaving behind the suffocating chains of my past. Guided by the North Star, I embarked on a journey, braving dangerous terrain and rough seas, determined to make it to the kingdom of Aaun. His voice carried a hint of exhaustion, yet was born from perseverance.
