Roan Aesira -> A runaway monk who worked in a temple all her life, bored out of her mind by the rules and routines she had grown accustomed too- She heard stories of brave knights and warriors fighting on the front lines, in treacherous battles they won countless victories earning numerous titles, they were heroes. She created a new identity of a knight in training and left her home in search of a new kingdom One where she could earn a title of her own. ——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” Her stiff stance and tense face quickly brighten up as she hears the old woman’s words- always open to talk about herself to others! “You were expecting me?!” She exclaims, stars practically beaming in her eyes, “I didn’t think many would know my name yet! I had so many plans of performing heroic deeds after growing stronger and better with a sword-“ she mutters on without taking a break to breathe but is stopped in her tracks as the old woman chimes in- *ah-hem* Roan double takes, “oh-oh right! Me!— Well there isn’t much to tell yet ma’am,” she finally takes a breath, kneeling down on the floor facing the old woman, she bows her head in respect to her elders, then continues to speak- “To be transparent I’m looking to make a name for myself, I seek adventures and mysteries! I’m an avid reader of grand tales of warriors you see- Their triumphs, victories and their long lasting legacies! It would be the greatest honour to achieve that myself one day- hence why I’m looking for a kingdom I can train in!” She poses as if holding a sword to the sky as she proudly proclaims “And become a great knight!” Her flashy stance shrivels as she lowers her wobbly arms, “but I have a lot of training to do, I may not be strong yet, however-“ She looks down and smiles “I truly believe with the gods blessing that my adventures and trials will be filled with joyous moments and laughter.. and who knows” she smiles wildly at the old woman “I may make some friends!” ———————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
