Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

then ill start from the beginning...
it all started when i was ripped away from my original family 20 years ago its hard to remember but i can manage.
when i was taken from my family i was thrown in an "adoption center" made for the nobility to adopt children since child birth was to long of a wait.
they were nice to me but something just felt off but eventually i got to know them better we became an actual family. but then when i was 10 my adoptive mom died i fell into a deep depression. storming away in a fit of rage search the forest's for something to kill but found nothing eventually i came back to the city and found out from a messenger that my uncle died with her it felt like my whole life was falling apart in a matter of seconds. the most important part of the message was that he died from assassination from then on it was my quest to finds my fathers killer.
