Leigh's parents were both nomadic, although originally from somewhere in Southern Atlas--- they tried to travel as much as possible, unable to settle down. Eventually, they grew tired of having to deal with the burden of a child while traveling, and ditched Leigh just as their parents had done themselves. Since then, Leigh had mostly stayed around Atlas, occasionally trying to travel to different lands that had been more colonized, having much trouble getting used to a different lifestyle than she was used to. As she grew older, trying to find a place within the small community became increasingly difficult, especially as others branched out and went off on their own in the world, and in a desperate attempt to fit in and pave her own path, Leigh has become more of a nomad herself, following in her parents' footsteps. Although on a specific mission, Leigh often finds herself visiting home semi-regularly, anxious for what the world has to offer.
