Aurelia August was born in the capital of the Empire of Man, the city of Rittersburg, to two loving but rather old parents by the name of Veronica and Federick August. Fortunately, the first decade of Aurelia’s life was rather fruitful and plentiful, her parents hitting a stroke of luck in the small farm on the outskirts of the capital, but with time, this luck turned sour like a rotten apple. It was at the tender age of ten that her father was conscripted into the Imperial Reiksguard and, within a year, was killed by a thieving vagabond. Aurelia’s dearest mother fell into despair, and with it, the farm into disrepair and neglect; soon being reclaimed by imperial magistrates for tax debt. With this, Aurelia began her journey in life as a beggar, of which she is still to this day, though perhaps her luck shall take a turn for the better soon.
