  1. Thieving from unprotected chests as a villain is legal. I'm removing the ( 25% ) rule.
  2. GM's would have to either, 1.) Unperm the region so the chests could be opened or 2.) Break open the chest for the players. This, would most likely be happening all the time. Players would constantly making mod requests, calling a mod to come do either "1.)" or "2.)" stated above. (which could be quite a handful for the GM's) pillaging, while players are offline seems more OOC than anything, they're not at their kingdoms because of an OOC situation. If we're talking about RP, they would definitely be at their camps or atleast nearby
  3. No, you know exactly when. The two factions decide upon a date. You just don't know if they're trying to destroy your encampment, pillage it, or just slay your inhabitants (keep in mine, we're debating this. To find out together, what is best.)
  4. How about, when you schedule a fight the defending team is never told weather it is a siege, or a pillage merely a fight. Sure they could still move their loot, but this whole thing could be RP'd that the monks need to know, so that they can heal the wounded as needed. If they don't know about the fight, they can't heal the injured
  5. "Viriathus-like guerilla attack's" are possible with a villain app. and or probably cause
  6. If you're worried about being seiged, don't give them a reason to do so! Make some allies, unite with a kingdom, there are plenty options to protect you We need REASONS to spend our minas, and use our materials. Otherwise we'll have huge stockpiles of items and minas, just like Aegis at the moment..
  7. Accepted, keep in mind the town plot is 50,000 Mina unless sponsored by nation or a VIP plot is associated
  8. Only what has happened 20 minutes prior to death
  9. GM's would need to watch each looting, and giving people the ability to do it whenever they want = lots of work for GM's
  10. What i meant was, if a faction wanted to pillage a town thats players were offlline, we would need to open the perms of the city so they could open the chests that arent locked with lwc.
  11. Well the pre deterimined skirmishes are for challenging your foes for loot / land / status As for the pillaging thats a unique idea however in order for users to loot protected, yet unlocked chests would mean we'd need to the build permissions off which could result in thieving of structural blocks. This will also need to be modrequested for
  12. Not true, if you're interested in pillaging an encampment, you file a war type to the GM's, and fight for it. The GM's will open the chests for you. We aren't interested in players pillaging while people are not there because of OOC. If they were online, they'd probably be able to defend, this at least gives them the opportunity OOC. What I do see wrong with pillaging however, is the possibility of players moving their loot & storing it somewhere else.
  13. You don't need a villain application to use these battle types. If you have an RP reason, it is valid.
  14. One could argue that the monks stress the need for such per-meditated battle as they will be healing all of our half mangled bodies :ugeek:
  15. As far as chests are concerned, when choosing to "pillage" a GM will be there to unlock any chest that needs to be opened. "you can't just attack nothing, you have to attack the opposing entities. Declaration of War should have a legitimate Roleplay reason." Ofcourse.. that's implied
  16. What we've provided is a fair way, for things to happen. You can still attack a place with a "surprise" but it will need a villain app. You can only kill their players, pillaging and seiging aren't available without this OOC contract. We all have lives to deal with. If you have a way of actually turning your view into a rule, please bring it forward!
  17. I'll change this to "Have no jurisdiction outside their nation"
  18. GM's monitor these events, the read the war decelerations and the players meet and speak at the cloud temple about their terms. What kind of meta are you worried about? Allies gathered who aren't in conjunction? a readied defense? You say "Ivrae Situation" but you haven't described what exactly it is your worried about
  19. Realistically Gaius, people would be there to defend their kingdom. What you suggest is the possibility for someone to raid a town when no one is there, why is no one there? because of an OOC thing, having duties in real life.
  20. Well this was no help pal, unless you're willing to contribute comments like this do nothing for the community :ugeek:
  21. If you have ANYTHING to say about these rules, please comment below! The Wilds: • Land outside of Nation borders are not under the jurisdiction or protection of the Kingdoms or the Temple. • The Wilds are more unlawful, but laws such as No RP killing and No Griefing are still in affect. *In the Wilds, only VILLAINS may steal from unprotected chests. (using Xray to find hidden chests, will result in permanent ban.)
  22. Anyone with a certain item may enter the nether, We're giving the players a free restart if they so wish, otherwise you will just /register your old characters info and continue on as your old character. We're traveling to this world together, there's definitely RP to it! you'll see!
