Dwarf Optional : How you describe your style of build?( Dwarven, Elvish, Human, Orcish, Real life styles such as Greek Architecture, etc.) My style I call Dwarvish but it's not official. (Real Life perspective I believe its a mix of Mayan and Greek architecuture.) I also am well rounded in other types of styles. Why you want to join? Well I have a passion to build things, and I simply love to make the land of Aegis beautiful. Also i created this Association. Have any shops? Yes I do it's called the Hammer 'n Chisel. This is an association of builders where we simply build because we have a passion for building. Most importantly we enjoy making the land of Aegis beautiful. In this association we can gather from time to time to discuss each of our projects, works, styles, techniques, and enjoy communing with each other. If you don't know how to build well we can teach you. Also if you wish to join this Association you must have a PASSION TO BUILD if not don't bother joining. Anyone can join as long as you have this passion and wish to make the world of Aegis beautiful. Lore: I will make one soon just realized as of now I should add a lore to my guild. How to Join? Either you come up to me or the guildhouse RP wise, or recommended by a member of the Association. Hierarchy: There is no Hierarchy within the Association. Everyone is equal we simply enjoy building. Although when the time comes and if we have permission. As a group of builders can vote if a builder has earned a permanent title Master Builder, Architect, Craftsman, etc(with permission of admins of course.). (This does not mean the master has power just earned it through building amazing structures or a grand amount.) Edit: Hopefully if possible we can help Admins if they wish to design a project. Housing: Guild House will be located within Alras. (Under Construction.) Small Contract:Houses, Inns, Shops, Walls, etc What is it you wish to build? Can you provide the money for the material or supply us with the material? Anyone specific within the Association you wish to hire? Will it fit with the architecture of the city? Do you have a lore for it? What is the purpose of the building? Will you participate in building as well?( Supervising or building as well.) Do you wish to build what you imagined or allow us to build what we imagined from your description? Large Contract:Guild, Fort, Statues, Temple, Cities, etc What is it you wish to build? Anyone specific within the Association you wish to hire? Do you have a lore to it? (This is demanded for this contract.) What is the style of architecture you wish? (if it's not with the with already established places.) Have you asked the Admins permission to build it? (unless you have donated and discussed it with the admins.) Will you provide the money for the material or the material itself? Will you participate in building as well? (Supervising or building as well.) Do you wish to build what you imagined or allow us to build what we imagined from your description? Sealed yes or no?(This is to determined that you have made your final decission and know that you have negociated .) Must Read: negociate a price of pay within game or private message. Once you post up a contract put it either white or black sealed. Black for you are absolutely going with the contract and not backing out. White for your thinking about. This is to make sure that we don't get cheated after we build something and that we have documents saying you will pay for the contract. To be RP like:(with contracts) Go to the guild (not constructed) or go to a shop and write a contract within a book. If you write it in a book please white or black seal it as well.
