When does the expansion LEgendary Craft come out to the public?

Well take into account someone else's suggestion. This shop should be nice but not so large. Also it only sells items that One CANNOT receive IN-GAME. For example: YOU want to decorate your home, you go to the Grand Central to purchase a certain amount of ICE blocks.

Also a General currency rate and exchange list should be posted at this Grand Exchange. IN addition, I think this structure should be somewhat massive and In the CENTER of all the kingdoms.
