I have a far better grip that most people you would find on the internet (in my opinion of course; I’ve never been called out on terrible linguistic skills however).

I’m currently in college pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering (half way done). I love computers, video games, astronomy, chillin’ with friends, ‘trolling’ morons on the internet for ‘lulz’, and helping those in need who have not previously wronged me.
-How much time could you be on the server weekly?:
I could be online between an hour and several hours nightly depending on my interest level with this server.
-How long have you played minecraft?:
I’ve played since late alpha when multiplayer was at its buggiest.
-What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?:
I know more or less how to do it, but I lack much experience with it. I’m a crafter and PvPer at heart, but simultaneously I respect roleplayers seeing as they are the people responsible for putting the “RPG in MMORPG” as well as adding immersion to most any game environment. I’d say the most I’ve done previously has been to roleplay a Droid Salesman in SWG (back when it wasn’t a husk of its former glory), and I’ve also tried RPing a warlock in WoW (ironically the mindset you need for doing so is quite similar to that of what you need for PvPing as one).
-What do you expect this server will be like?:
I expect there to be far more people active at all hours of the day than I have ever seen on my previous Minecraft servers. I expect have a chance to give RP a fair shot in Minecraft.
-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:
I’ve played on three notable ones. I shall not list their names here because it is unimportant, but I shall tell why I left them. The first one just flat out died due to griefing and disinterest from some staff members. The second one lasted me for quite a while, but in the end the server was left in control of just one admin; the most incompetent one of them all who had some unwarranted grudge against my friends and I. I thought it was stupid and stopped playing there. As for the third one I just lost interest honestly. It was fun for a while, and it had many things going for it, but it just couldn’t hold my interest I suppose. Not enough of the right kind of activity I suppose.

I found the server when browsing through threads on the official minecraft forums.

-What was your favourite Law?:
No destroying the world’s landscape. I HATE seeing tree-clouds everywhere because some arse was too lazy to cut out the last log or two.
-What was your least favourite Law?:
Not a law, but rather a plugin. I hate disabling TNT and firespreading.
Let me explain.
It is a matter of principle. I hate ANYTHING being disabled in any game I play. TnT still serves its purposes. For example I love making pitfalls and traps in my elaborate underground fortresses to kill would-be treasure robbers. TnTing snowfields and trees is also funny from time to time. To date I have never griefed however. I use TnT for jokes only, and should someone lose something due to a practical joke of mine I’d be fully prepared to compensate them in full for their losses. As for firespread I just like building structures will all things kept in mind including firespread... However I hate how firespread in minecraft works so I don’t mind so much that it is disabled aside from not being able to light my own fireplaces.

-Biography:
Never knowing his real parents nor asking of them, Rackham was raised by pirates from infancy. Rather than be slaughtered with the rest of the commoners the captain took pity on the baby left after a siege of a trading vessel. Needless to say this made the captain look soft, but this was fixed with the keelhauling of a traitor found skimming gold off the top of the crew’s bounty in the cargo hold. Living a life on the ocean was tough as it was, and pirates it was only harder. He was taught the ways of the sword, negotiation, and naval combat; being raised all the while as the captain’s protigé. This lasted until Rackham was twenty-three. The crew ran aground on some coral reef while patrolling murky waters one evening. Barely clinging to life, Rackham found himself barely alive near a shore afloat on some driftwood with no sight of the rest of the crew..
