Its does bring alot of money cause you get people that wane live in the forest and people that want a small cottage in the north. 20.000=20000 minas. We can negotiate about the price.

Well I bought it for 20.000 minas and made some changes that made it more worth. But I can sell it to you for the same price as I bought it.

The winter wood inn is for sale. The inn is located in the forest north of Alkhazar. Its one of the very few houses in the wildewyn forest. (( it is a protected zone but there are a few building rules: -it has to be an inn -You cant change the outside look -You can only build inside the building ))

I got a shop for sale you may be interested. My shop is near the main gate of Alkhazar. It in shop district 1 and is the first shop on your right on the hill shop. Its the bookshop "a good reed". I sell my bookshop near the main gate for a minimum of 20.000 minas. The place of the bookshop is great. When you enter alkhazar you will immidiately see the shop on right side in shop district 1. People awlays see the shop so you will get a lot of customers. For only 5.000 extra you get all the books that I got with it so you can sell them if you wane start a bookshop.
