Would definitely be something for our patrols to watch out for. Would allow fun rp for our soldiers enforcing our laws on bio griefers.

Check it out man. Orc rp is what the players make it. If you think it's weak, then you have the power to change it, it's not that difficult. Just as Mogroka said. I mean look at what Bein'lur has been doing with other dedicated orc rpers throughout Krugmar. Or check out the shaman thread, we players are making orcs what we want them to be. It seems that most people agree with you that the Horde is a tired cliche for the most part, but don't find it as big a deal as you do. So you probably won't be met with much resistance if you wanted to try and change this somehow but would even most likely be supported. I know I would support a name change but I don't give enough of a **** to go and do so myself on this subject. -

Whatever happened to the roman theme? -
Just skimmed the posts and without getting to deep into it just right now this is my two-cents: I agree that farming with the hoe is going to be a pain in the ass, so why not do something with regents and the hoe like the bow and arrow currently are? For instance having the hoe and bread equipped would allow a healing spell where an arrow and the hoe would allow the basic racial attack spell, be it fire or stone or lightning... Certain powerful spells might even require a specific sort of structure be built. So you want to raise some undead minions? Well you first must make a sacrificial pit then slaughter a cow or two. You could even implement vampirism by killing a player to replenish your mana or even health. I'd be more interested in buff's and hex's as a spell caster than outright damage. The problem with implementing these ideas that have been discussed is that everyone will want to be a spellcaster and the game will be broken because hoe trumps sword. But if spells were used as support, then melee and marksmen characters would still be viable. As far as becoming a spellcaster what about making them a pseudo-race like the sages? Do something along the lines of the few high circle spellcasters can train apprentices and promotion to the higher levels of spellcasting depend on rp involvement, such as quests. Again my main concern is to make spellcasting on par with mundane swordswinging and archery so as not to break the game, yet fun and unique enough to create a new spin on the game and pvp. Such as support. (Might as well create a bonafide class system with the inclusion of spells, even if their classes achieved through ig rp and character progression.)

Out-Of-Character: -Minecraft Account Name: MojoKronic -How old are you?: 22 -Time-Zone/Country of Residence: USA, Pacific Time -Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: Yes -Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I'm a history major and gamer, mainly TT's and board games when I can. Enjoy creative rp, world building and story development. -How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Depends. 10ish, tentatively. Maybe more if this server kicks as much ass as it seems. -How long have you played minecraft?: Few Days. -What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?: I've been rping for a long time. Played MU*'s for a while, table top rpgs. -What do you expect this server will be like?: I'm expecting opportunity for large scale player faction involvement. To be able to create new civilizations from scratch and to war with others all through legitimate rp. -What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I don't know which ones, but they all kinda sucked because they were very disorganized and the chat was childish and chaotic. -Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? What about the lore?: Yeah yeah. -Name the 4 races on this server. Human, Elf, Dwarf, Orc. -How did you hear about us?: Minecraftservers.net -Did you vote?: I will if I enjoy the game. -What was your favourite Law?: You must play ICly. -What was your least favourite Law?: No graffiti. It could be fun for a city dweller rp perspective, or as warnings to other players that they are entering your territory. But that's all just flavor. -What is your The Lord Of Craft forum account name? MojoKronic In-Character: -Character Name: Shaggo Dhanksmoek -What is your Race?: Orc -Lordofthecraft.net/forum forum account: -Biography: Shaggo's father was a warlord and a slaver. His mother was a half-orc outlaw living with a band of refugees deep in the woods. Shaggo's father burned up the place and enslaved those that weren't killed. Shaggo's mom was impregnated one night and managed to escape lest her son be killed for a half-breed. She died during childbirth deep in the wilderness. Shaggo was raised by wolves for a few years till a crazy dwarf shaman found him. Shaggo was given an excellent education by the dwarf and learned about the world and what can be done with it. He also learned about his orcish heritage. Shaggo also learned the mystical properties of psychadelic plants from the mystic dwarf, Bhaungo Thunderhead. When Bhaungo thought Shaggo had come of age he concocted a sacred tea of rare cactus and exotic flowers. Shaggo had a mighty vision sent to him by strange spirits and set out toward his orcish homeland on a sacred quest never to see Bhuango again. -Character Age: 20ish. -Character Appearance: Shaggo is immense and mangy with intense, bloodshot eyes. Thick black hair dreaded by filth and great yellow teeth run like a scar across his weathered face in a dreadful grin never far from his lips. -Character Personality: At once laid back and ambitious. His orc anger is held in check by mellowing herbs. He is surprisingly intelligent due to his education with Bhaungo but is still fairly naive to the civilized world. He gets message's from spirits periodically, or so he believes, and is akin to the elves in his love for nature, though he holds all races, even his own, in disdain. -Your ambitions: Shaggo believes he has been sent on a quest by the spirits of his ancestors, handed down by Krug himself, to aid in a orcish renaissance. -Can your character read or write?: Yes. -Can your character mine?: Yes, though his experience is limited. -Are you a capable builder? Yes, he was taught engineering by Bhaungo. -Can you wield a sword?: He has wielded many primitive weapons of his own device, but not yet a weapon of iron. -Enjoy Farming?: Yes, for sure. -Does your character have any special skills?:] Alchemy, shamanic powers, good with wild animals, wilderness survival, quick learner. Also because of all his exposure to Bhaungo's psychedelic concoction's he is awfully resilient and immune to all but the worse hangovers. -A screenshot of your skin: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/22 ... 35116.png/ -Other Information: Can I trade my racial points in sword for whatever a fair equivalent is in herbalism considering my BG?
