As an ex KL recruit (Mathias Brunet) who rp died fighting the undead near the temple yesterday, I'm co-signing this application.

His mother Hélène was an elegant and gentle lady who took good care of him while his father, Cédrik, was away. He was fighting for the kingdom of Oren and he kept praying Horen during the cold and harsh nights in order to bless his family so no evil could ever hurt them. Unfortunatly, this wasn't enough to keep the enemy at bay and their small village of Orfen, near Winterfell, was raided by a small group of Orcs. Hélène was captured during this tragedy. Luckily, Vincent was quick enough to hide in their neighbors underground barn, which was hidden under multiple feet of snow. The loss of his mother was a crucial moment for in the life Vincent. He had no idea if she was really dead. She could be still alive and working as a slave in Krugmar and this thought was making him sick. Cédrik decided to move in the kingdom after this event and things started to go wrong with his son. After multiple disagreements with his father, Vincent decided to quit knighthood at the age of 17 to pursue the career of a chef. Cédrik was a close-minded person and he couldn't imagine his son working near knives, plates and herbs when he could be leading a group of knights to victory against the dreaded Orcs. Vincent went on with his decision, driven by his culinary passion he had since the day he was born. He and her mother had the chance to travel in some parts of the kingdom while his father was away at war. His grandfather, Henri, was a rich merchant who did business with the elves in Malinor. After he died, he gave all his wealth to his only child, Hélène. She had a perfect knowledge of every exotic spices and herbs and she taught everything to Vincent. After 15 years of hard work, Vincent is now striving to keep his small restaurant alive since the economy has been going downhill for years in Oren. Cédrik fell during combat 5 years against Krugmar's army. Even if he wasn't to o close to his father, he mostly kept good memories of him. He plans on honoring his memory by rejoining the national guard, while taking care of the business. -Character Age: 35 -Character Appearance: He has dark brown hair and green eyes. He has a straight, almost severe face with his deep look.
