  1. ((now now Sala, I never said that. Besides, its not my place. While I could, I will leave that decision to Ninja. As for the app, +1 from me. Looks fine, original enough I suppose, solid character overall. Bannana, can you handle this? I'm working through a bit of mess over in ns. ))
  2. That means very little as we have no direct correlation to the last Alrasian Company. We are based off another enterprise and as such will not regard prior employment under the last company sufficient reason for acceptance. If you would like to be hired, it would be wise to fill out an application and expect the same treatment as every other applicant. If that minimal amount of work is too much of an excess for you, please accept our condolences.
  3. A message shall be sent your way, hopefully we can arrive at a mutually beneficial understanding.
  4. We are in need of lumberjacks. Make your way to the realm of Hanseti, to the city of New Sorovitz, there you shall find work.
  5. Go to the capital of Hanseti (also called Hanseti) and travel west. Four fifths of kilometer, approximately. That's eight hundred meters, if you're not sure. Once you get there, search for the temporary office. There should be a sign.
  6. We are acquiring gear but the primary need right now is raw material. Our sister company is struggling right now so we are, as of now, on our own in producing materials. If you wish to go directly to the city, New Sorovitz is the city in which we are setting up in. ((We should have people online today, myself included.)) We are not really in need of suppliers, mainly workers but if you wish we might arrive at a sort of arrangement.
  7. We are potentially in need of loggers and militants. Perhaps placing you in both would be beneficial. If you are willing to work in the realm of Hanseti, we might have a position for you.
  8. We've had an influx in merchant applicants so be prepared to earn this job. While other positions are easy to obtain, mercantile jobs are becoming increasingly difficult to get. We will soon be holding a job auction of sorts, be on the look out for this.
  9. We'll send someone over soon. The amount of policy work we're in is really adding up. If you need a temporary pass, we can send you to someone who can arrange one for reduced cost or maybe even free. After that, it's pretty simple; becoming a citizen. As for everyone else, thank you for being patient. We're experiencing more work then expected so everything is behind schedule. ((It also doesn't help that I have a paper due tomorrow. I'll personally get to you guys though, don't worry. This weekend is looking pretty clear.))
  10. *turns around as if someone was behind him only to see no one. The dwarf curses to himself, swearing it was Cael who had just said something. That was impossible though, Cael had died, at least that was the story. Slowly he loosens an axe wedged in his belt, straining in the dark to find the source of the voice. Though old, Procrisio is used to the darkness of caves and his eyes quickly adjust. He sees nothing. He shrugs. Age, it seems, has finally started to decimate his senses. But the words strike a cord. If only Cael came back, this hall could truly represent the brotherhood. Perhaps now would be a good time to try and contact his son. It was risky and Procrisio wasn't sure the lad was ready but life often does not wait for you to become ready. Occasionally it throws you headlong into the fray, regardless of moral or ethic reservations. Resolved, the old dwarf begins making plans.
  11. *wanders through the empty room, deep in thought.* "Wider, taller, deeper... I dun know what will make dis da right size. If it is too big, it loses the..." *continues in thought, studying the room*
  12. ((It's a city in Hanseti, about -530/2650ish.))
  13. Go to New Sorovitz, that's where we're building.
  14. Well the new location is in need of miners, loggers, fishermen, and farmers. If you need help getting into the realm of Hanseti, let us know. We are almost ready to begin building a new storeroom and will need a several more employees.
  15. *the old dwarf lays a parchment out on a rudely constructed table. Tracing his finger along the edges, he slowly counts. After a few seconds he produces a rough piece of charcoal and begins scratching out an assortment of polygons. After a few minutes of working, becoming more and more visibly agitated, the dwarf mutters a curse and throws the paper to the floor. Selecting a new section, he begins working on a second one.*
  16. We'll send a representative as soon as possible. We are currently swamped with legal but we'll make sure you get in okay.
  17. Very well, we shall contact this smith. It is hard to determine a date for this meeting as of now as we are very busy. But yes, an attempt at contact will be made. ((Like I said, we have a lot going on right now and all the (interviewer) competent employees are working like crazy. But it's the weekend so that means more time in general to get it done.))
  18. Being the mercantile manager is a rather difficult job and would require you to head more of the larger missions while cutting a lot of the normal commissionary work out. If that is acceptable, we would move on to do two things. First, secure a few good words from people you know ((IC)) and second, meet you in person. These are both necessary and must be done in that order. If done, you may have found yourself a job.
  19. Well if you can find a few colleagues to vouch for you then we will consider your request. At the moment we have another employee attempting to obtain the position so we cannot guarantee your success. If you are selected for the position you will be required to relocate to the realm of Hanseti as this is were we will need you the most. And also, if you were given the position of head, you would have to be full time. Any other work you did would be extremely part time.
  20. If you can prove you're a good sales person, we may need another man in Alras. Kind of make it a branch or something. Soon we will be posting all the available jobs in different cities so be ready for that. Bureaucracy is bogging us down a bit but we should be mostly operational in a week.
  21. Currently we are separating the groups into two sections, temporary and permanent. While the latter is mostly filled, I do believe the second group is still open for employment. This is more of a part time fighting force that also works as civilian employees. As for head of security, we are hesitant to award a position of management to anyone lacking either qualifications or solid references. These qualifications are not skill based, it is more of a intelligence/leadership ordeal. The ability to wield a blade is never the sole trait of the security unit's head. One must first prove competence in logical and strategical arenas before being selected to hold office of such nature. What kind of output is expected and what types of materials will be needed? We can start commissioning workers but first this information is needed. Quantity, delivery, pricing, all that needs to be worked out before real work can begin. As for it being Salvian, we will hold conference with the Hansetian government on this issue. It shouldn't be a problem as it is a village but there's always a chance for problems to arise.
  22. Merchant jobs require extensive mercantile skills and moderate path finding. If you think you can handle that, we'll see if we have anything available.
  23. *Procrisio leans over the table bearing the drawing, silently studying the blueprints the young initiate had just designed. After what appeared to be an hour (it was only five minutes though) he finally says: "Well I dun't know 'ow much space this'll need but I'm willin ta bet it ta be a sizable amount. 'ow about if ye kin think of a place fer it, I'll consider it. Cause I 'ave already started work on the final level, not much time fer sorten this 'ere out.
  24. *Sweats furiously as he renders stone with sharpened pickaxe. Swing follows swing as the dwarf breaks apart the stubborn rock. To the observer, the stone is as butter is to a heated knife but the mineral is the material of which fortresses are made. His age bears heavily on the old dwarf but he steels his mind to the task at hand. It will take months at this rate but this only hardens his mind, resolving to finish. This will be magnificent if ever completed...
  25. Then it would be best you wait there as the new plots are not yet established.
