Running the risk of sounding apathetic, meeting initiates is the primary occupation of all brothers sans Negotii. Why? Well we just don't have the numbers to have that (^) attitude. When half the accepted brothers are HC... There is little man power as it is. If you really don't want to meet with the new ones, find us another base. That's literally the only two things that need to get done right now. Base - Initiates. That's it. Oh and maybe securing some supplies seeing how our last stock went missing. But that is a side job.
