Before he knew it, three armed men headed into the meadow. Matthew considered if he should call out or not.He decided to, and called out, “Hello down there!” that was a mistake. Instantly the men looked up, and one pulled out a axe. The man held the axe steadily, and hacked at the limb, as the limb was low to the ground. Matthew fell, and he began to be hit by the axes and swords of the men.The last thing he saw before his eyes fluttered out and he faded into darkness was blood all around him, and he hadn't fought back. Matthew decided to sit down and listen to his wares. “I have a grappel hook, good for adventurers! I have a dagger, and a few torches!” I walk over and browse his goods. I decide to take matters into my own hands. Sure… a 14 year old against a grown orc… such a easy fight… I think this.Well, I’ve got to help. I stride over to the area, pull out my dagger, and jab it into the orcs gut angrily. The orc looks at me, angered. He punches me and I fall to the ground. I toss my knife, and I get lucky and it flys into his chest, so he rather wounded. I run at him, fusts ready, and punch him in the gut with my strongest punches. It weakens him slightly, and while I fight, the dwarf runs. I give one last blow before sprinting off. Luckily, hes weakened and far slower than me from a bit of blood loss. I get into the mountains and he stares around, not knowing wherei am. He then just leaves. I sigh and vault down, falling a meter. And hurting my ankle. Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenceless man. What does your character do?: I stare at the minas, in thought, but I pick them up and put them in the pouch. I help the old man up, and ask him what happened. The old man replys, “Well, I was trying to find The Sleeping Boar Inn, but then my cane broke. Could you help me?” I nod after deciding, grab my only dagger, and chop off a oak stick. I hand it to him, noting that hes around his 70’s. I quickly ask, “Do you know about Aegis?” The old man replys, “Yes. It was being attacked, so we had to flee. That was when I was ten years old. Matthew's parents were with him, so he got on a ship headed to Asulon. Before reaching Asulon, the ship crashed and Matthew found himself floating on a plank, near an island. He paddled hard and fast, and was only 12 meters away when he got too tired. he began to paddle again, ignoring the pain in his arms. soon, he landed on shore. He looked around, bewildered.His shaggy brownish blonde hair getting in the way of his eyes, "I.. I guess this is Asulon.." He said. He continued and found some ships, and a few people. This was back when he was 8 (he's 14 now.)After finding them, he traveled with the people who were to build Arethor. He stayed in there town for a while, travelling along Oren road. He decided to stop in a small cluster of buildings. He got food and water there, and continued on Oren road, off to Oren. (Is Oren the human capital of Asulon or Aegis?) He stared around, bewildered by the great city ahead. He stopped there for the night, and slept under the stars, counting them until he was asleep. The next day, he looked into his dwindling stock of bread, cheese, and some slices of ham. he decided to buy more in the city and made a sandwich, and ate it hungrily. After that, he headed down Oren road, until he was only a quarter-mile away. His patched cloths were beginning to rip, so he decided to buy new clothes when he got there, as his father had been a knight and they had a small fortune.Matthew stopped and gazed at the beautiful walls.He remembered when Arethor had just started. He walked to the gates, and hailed the guard. He went inside, and bought some new adventuring clothes, as they were light and flexible.. He muttered to himself, "These are perfect. Well, better then my old ones at least..." He walked out for a stretch, and found out that bandits were lurking... They ambushed him and knocked him out. The next time his eyelids rose, he was hanging by a rope...Wait..The rope was old and frail... "I have pickaxes, axes, Umm..." "I have this 'ere dagger! I think its steel!" I decide to walk up and browse. Me: "I think i might take that Dagger.." So the orc leave, continuing along oren road. I tell the dwarf, "Just keep away from him. not only do Orcs have horrible memory, they are awful with grammar. The dwarf nods, and heads down the road. I ask, "Where are you going?" the old man replys with a weary sigh, and this "Well, i was heading to Mailinors inn but my darned cane broke." He says this while looking distrustfully at the cane. I pull out my dagger I bought from Arethor, and hack off a fairly medium sized yew stick, and give it to him. The old man thanks me for the help, and I smile and say, "It's no problem. He remembered his sister and ran to there small farmhouse. When he found the cellar, it was under a beam.It was being banged on, so Will opened it after removing the beam to find his sister. together, they got out of the house, but a beam fell and landed on his sisters leg. His mother died 5 years later, so Will had to make himself a home and survive, as his home was set on fire. he made tiny shelter and a Basic spear where he had tied a sharp rock to a stick with some twine, and he continued on to kill a pig, and grab some berry. about a month later, he was picking berrys, when a wolf attacked him as he was near its pups, He got a scar on his eye from it, but killed it with a spear. the scar healed slightly, and he went back to his new shelter. there was a skeleton who came in the knight and banged against his wall, and it got in, so he had to kill it. he survived for 7 years, until a passing man found him and he told him of the human captial, so he traveled with the merchant until they reached there. he got a job as a archer apprentice, and so he now is 15, and is now ready to venture, or settle down. The only present monk is fast asleep, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do? His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground.
