What kind?: I know it can be fun to act out as a character and step in their shoes with certain traits and abilities with unique ambitions and with the more people involved with it, the better. In the past, in an MMO I have enjoyed many faction-ropleplaying wars/battles over unofficially owned, but claimed territory and have acted out several creative personalities in different MMO cities with other players with a similar idea. -What do you expect this server will be like?: A massive but hopefully welcoming group where I can make my virtual living with many other people who enjoy roleplaying. -What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: The first one I played a lot but it's been so long I forgot the name, sorry - all valuables were robbed despite WL, I thought I could trust my friends on the server but in the end after being robbed and griefed I decided to leave. Human, Elf, Orc, Dwarves, and I read something about undead but am not sure if that's considered a race or not. -How did you hear about us?: I've been browsing the MC forums for a server for about an hour. -Did you vote?: Yes, I voted last night. -What was your favourite Law?: No greifing, I strongly dislike it when my structures are edited without permission. -What was your least favourite Law?: To be fully honest, the one where I may have to change my skin, but I already changed it so that's no longer a problem. -What is your The Lord Of Craft forum account name? Friar In-Character: -Character Name: Harralak Friar -What is your Race?: Human -Lordofthecraft.net/forum forum account: Friar -Biography: Harralak was born and raised by his two parents in the grand city of Al'Khazar. His mother was a wealthy tailor and his father was an expert carpenter. By the age of fifteen he was helping his father build various furniture for new homes and enjoyed it very much. At the age if eighteen his mother passed away and his father became extremely hostile towards him. After one terrible night where his father beat him and insulted him for no apparent reason, Harralak took what earnings he could find and left the city of Al'Khazar to make a new settlement to the west of Oren. At age twenty two Harralak became very lonely in the country and decided to spend some time visiting several of Oren's major cities. One day he decided to go to a town meeting to see how politics worked in Oren, and until the age of twenty six he became a party-goer, debater, and overall social character, wishing to bring some of the kind, caring people he meet back to his humble abode nestled away in the country, but everyone who was asked back then either declined or only visited for a short time. Harralak was very disappointed when he reurned to his true home at age twenty six. From ages twenty seven until now no one has seen Harralak, he was not seen in his home or on the streets, and if you ask him where he was, he will not tell you and change the topic. Many wonder where why Harralak, a seemingly normal man would just vanish into thin air for over two years. No one knows. Since then he has began to expanding his settlement once again. -Character Age: 29 -Character Appearance: Six feet tall with blue eyes, long black hair, and a mustache. -Character Personality: A frequent chatter and debater, Friar loves to be socially active, however he is frequently found lonely at his home, but at times can be mischievous and mysterious. Not many of even his closest friends know too much about his recent past. He is not very timid except when it comes to talking about his recent background. -Your ambitions: To establish a small, thriving town and possibly be a minor politician at least one day in the far future. -Can your character read or write?: Yes, he went to school at age twenty two to learn to be literate. -Can your character mine?: He knows the basics but you will not find him mining more than he needs to. -Are you a capable builder? I've also watched several of the videos on the Minecraft forums while waiting, like the server trailer, and the fierce battle against the undead. :) My first application I created a few days ago is collecting dust on around page 15, so I'm not sure if you had accidentally missed it so I decided to repost here, and am sorry if you meant to be getting around to it shortly :(
