    • The Capital city of Haria, Al-Khaleed, will be divided up into several tiers filled with districts.

      • Each active district will have a Ziem, or mayor as many would call it. It is the Ziem’s job to maintain their district and provide for their people’s needs.

      • A tax will be administered to each Ziem who will need to pay once every 2 Khali weeks (2 IRL weeks).

    • Properties within Al-Khaleed are free.

    • Every resident in Al-Khaleed is bound to follow the Laws of Haria.

    Introduction to Haria

    Welcome to Al-Khaleed

Close-up of The Isle of Asul, 1576

In the year 1570, a cataclysmic event brought Vailor to its knees and forced the Descendents onto their ships which were sent through a portal to the Spirit Realm. Piling the disassembled mosque and other artifacts on board, the Sultanate of Haria and allies ventured forth through the portal and overcame the foes that awaited them.

Emerging out from the other side, a beautiful new horizon rose over the battered Harian fleet which left no time to waste. There was work to do and a population to sustain. Arriving on the isle of Asul in a cove surrounded by lush flora, the Harians stripped theirs ships down for materials and begun construction on the first settlement. Tents were planted and settlers from the fleet and afar came to watch as Haria claimed its territory.

    Forerunner of Haria, 1570

The Grand architects and builders worked tirelessly to create a home for the people and the ambition of these visionaries would see the beginnings of Al-Khaleed take form. The newly founded city was a fitting successor to the splendor of its forerunners in Al-Wakrah and Al-Dirahk, it’s streets and buildings made of finely cut stone and marble and its sandstone walls thick and strong.

To signify the great wealth brought to the city via Sea faring trade of which the bay of Al-Khaleed had become an important destination for traders and merchants filling their hulls with loads of spices, the Sultan of Haria commissioned the giant statue that can be seen towering over the city today, known to the world as the Forerunner of Haria.

The capital city is divided into several districts, each with its own Ziem, or mayor as many know. Each district is unique and one would have no trouble in finding something to do which interests them. Despite past events, Haria has only envisioned a brighter and positive future for its people.

  5. A Muja, now in his adolescent years, sits in front of Zinawr and Var's room for a time. "Metzli..." The familiar word spoken to him by Denlor the dark elf resounded in his head. "Thees does nawt sound aws guud aws Skooma."

  6. 3 hours ago, Eagles2910 said:

Lexa manages to find one of the open letters blowing on the wind from some part of the desert, rubbing the back of her neck with a sigh.

"If my memories serves me correct, my comrades in arms built Ard Ghorrock with their blood and sweat. Literally in some cases... It's our home if anything, not some qualisheen's, let alone someone who I've never even heard of."

She would mumble to herself, before dropping the note to the ground. Riding off on her rugged old warhorse, tattered cloak flapping in the dry desert air.

Arlen remembers the good ol' days when he ruled Vandoria and gave land to the OSL because they were his good friends since The Fringe. Hearing of news, he looks over an old document signed by Baudric Von Aesterwald himself! "They asked for that land in the mountains, saying that they would defend Khalestine from any invaders who'd dare march in their direction." the Sultan reminisced to no one in particular. "My best rafiqis, that band of brothers were. Even thought myself to be one of them when I was a child. Both of my brothers joined them for a time before leaving after the grandmaster's assassination."

Arlen sat in quiet contemplation after that for some time, squeezing the land grant in his hand. "...I would give it to them again if I knew things would go back to the way they were in The Fringe..."

  7.  A Hopeless Search

"...Var' ees ape'kha!" Muja shouted as he leapt from building to building. He knew every spot on the Isles of Xerdali  and wanted all who went there to know that he was the best.

    "Var' ees kha!"

The young Tigrasi could only shake his head as he watched a younger Kha stumble her way up toward him. She was struggling. This he could tell, but what left him confused the most was the oyster pearl she had attatched to her ankle. It very much resembled the exact one he had fished out from the depths only a few days past where a violent tropical storm crashed against the island. The small boating vessels rocked back and forth, rope groaning with each beckoning from the ocean. Muja's eyes quickly darted back to his friend who was now dangling from the ledge of the hut they stood on. A gust of wind had disrupted her leap, causing her to take a misstep and lose her footing. Out of instinct, Muja darted toward her, reaching for her hand just a second late. He watched helplessly as the kitten fell into the abyss, eyes focused on hers until they were engulfed with bubbles. Opening his mouth to shout only choked him and water began to fill his lungs. An immense pressure pushed against his chest until his vision blurred and all he could do was wake up.

The Tigrasi had fallen asleep in a canoe while fishing. His pole was already drifting away, but this was the least of his worries. Waves crashed against the creacking wood, giving him no time to react when the vessel toppled over, flinging Muja into sea of salt. There was no time to think or act, remember his father or...

Darkness engulfed him and soon the panic went away, replaced slowly by — what felt to him — was a calming aura. He could feel himself slipping away, his body relaxing and the grip that he just realized he had on the edge of the canoe was now loosening.

He let go and dreamt of the first snow with Inaijo...

The Dwed lands were a place of true beauty, making one forget all about the nipping frost that bit at them. The crescent-shaped island that Muja had learned to call home was often taken by vacancy at times and so the kitten, too, was often taken by mischief. His patta, Inaijo, did the best he could — like any loving father would. He would take Muja to the Grand Library of Vailor to teach him how to read. From one of the children's books, Inaijo decided that he would want his per to see snow for the first time. He ventured off to the Cloud Temple docks, Muja seated on top of his shoulder. There they sailed off to Urguan.

As the ship approached the shores, the first thing Muja noted were towering castles which clouds seemed to have gotten stuck to. The clouds that were still free in the sky, however, seemed to have broken off into thousands of little flakes which glided down softly. A chill like no other pushed against his fur and the Tigrasi shivered, but he felt as if this were a dream he'd never want to wake from. Inaijo smiled widely and lifted his per onto his shoulder, "Mabee we can find yaw sawmthing wawrm tuu wear?"

Waves that gently rolled over sand — a calming sound to the ears.

    qcI4RDf.png

Muja coughed violently when he awoke, coughing out the seawater that had been trapped in his lungs. A sudden head rush rendered the Kha dazed and confused for several moments, causing him to sit up abruptly and pant. He'd think he were home if it weren't for the unfamiliar tower he saw in the distance. The jacket his patta had bought him was now damp — torn in various places and stuck uncomfortably to his fur.

It was nearing dawn. The chilling winds of the morning made his jacket feel like he was packaged in ice. Memories began flooding back to him, his eyes flashed, and he quickly began patting himself down — breath hitching when he couldn't find what he was searching for. He'd have sprung up to his feet if it weren't for his failing limbs. His eyes scanned the shore until they caught a glimps of a shimmering orb in the distance.  With what strength he could muster, Muja rose and lumbered across the shore toward what appeared to be an abandoned mining facility. Whether or not it actually was vacated, wasn't any of his concern. He was starving and knew he needed his oyster pearls to trade for food. Maybe even shelter if someone was willing.

    xritg4O.png

This place seemed familiar to him, yet different all the same. He figured his mind was still a bit hazy from his sea expedition.

"The one that attacked yesterday took an aurum knife to the skull, and an arrow to the head as well. Then your daughter broke its neck. After all of that, it was still kicking..."

Muja's ears perked at the sound of woman's voice and his hands fumbled for one of the few pearls he had managed to salvage. He felt almost disgusted with himself for being willing to use something with such value — economical as well as sentimental — for scraps. He stepped out into the open, looking toward two elves conversing, and let out a small grunt to make his presence known. The man was next to speak.

"Hm, then I do not know. Install some traps around your home if they continue to become a problem? Hire a guard or two?"

The conversation continued and like that, Muja remembered. Kharajyr are not welcomed there. Matter of fact, he recalled he and his father being casted out from many places. He was too young to understand or think anything of it at the time, but just by being ignored, Muja couldn't help but feel a tinge of anger.

A small gust of wind shook him back into reality and the Kha held out the pearl toward them as he murmured weakly, "Muja... Pay fawr fuud." The woman was the only one to finally speak with him and give him food for free. This brought his lips to curl into a small smile, temporarily causing him to forget about the worries of persecution.

"Sa'vi... Do yuu know awh Kha named Inaijo..?"

A small hand reached up for a railing that was just out of reach until a father hoisted his child up onto his shoulders, giving him a vision of the land before them. Not many knew how long they had been sailing for but a navigator would say it was about twenty-six years ago from when they had first set off on their journey. And oh, how they desperately desired some solid ground.

Small rafts were dispersed and a party of Marafiqs (knights), along with a few navigators, made for shore. This was a new world and one must be sure it is safe before sending people in. Families watched eagerly as the first men stepped foot on the continent. Were they making the first step for the Qalasheen on this land? It was still an exciting moment for all and once they had gathered themselves, the band of humans and elves began their exploration.

The sun was rising and the first thing that the people noticed was something that they were not unfamiliar with.

    Sand.

Mountains with snow erupted from the surface and towered over the descendants. What could lie on the other side was a mystery in which everyone felt the need to discover. Camp was made at the base and the rest of the day was spent exploring the rest of what they could. A report would come in from the SS Malik that a new island had been surveyed. The group of friends spent the night eating and taking turns with the ****** (tobacco pipe).

With spirits high, the men and women of the Sultanate, started toward the mountain range. As they reached the top, breathes were taken away as what lied beyond almost seemed like a

    Introduction

    20120818212547!Alkharid_concept_art_2.png

    (Concept Art from Runescape)

Man is known for their amazing adaptability and the Qalasheen are no exception. Made up of many desert tribes sharing a similar dialect and faith, the Qalasheen is a new collective term given to these people for there has been no recorded history of previous unification. There have been tales of grand cities of long ago in far distant lands, but this is simply folktale. The Qalasheen, despite being alike, are naturally recluse. Their knowledge of the outside world is limited and only those such as merchants typically had knowledge of outsiders until recently.

As a divided culture, those of Qalasheen descent have been known to escape the tribal warfare that plagued their lands and assimilate with other people. Such was the great unifier, Faiz Kharadeen the first Caliph. With the help of comrades from the outside, Faiz Kharadeen was able to bring peace and unification to the Qalasheen tribes through his talk of love, acceptance, potential, and Allah.

With a new following, Faiz Kharadeen got to work on the beginnings of what would become the Caliphate. Well seasoned in the knowledge of past realms’ failures, Faiz set out to ensure these same flaws did not take root in the Caliphate. Only time will tell if his teachings reach avid ears and are put to use with active hands.

    Traits of the Qalasheen

    JWEsfXh.png

    (Concept Art from Runescape)

The Qalasheen are a desert dwelling people and do not differ much among the other humans they share the sands with. They are dark complected usually but range all the way from an olive skin tone to darker tones found among certain Southerners which goes to show the diversity of looks. Although not impossible, it’s rare to find a Qalasheen of “brutish” stature such as one may find among Highlanders.

The Qalasheen are typically more lean. An interesting trait that they share among other desert dwellers is their comfortability running across sand for long periods of time at an exceptional fast pace when compared to most other peoples. Sand is obviously unstable and those who are not used to running across it experience muscle fatigue and sometimes injury.

Although the strong among the Qalasheen are exceptionally fast with lots of stamina, they are not without their flaws. The Qalasheen have had little experiences with magic in their isolation. It’s therefore presumed the Qalasheen cannot harness magic.

    Before the Caliphate

    Bedscha.jpg

The Qalasheen people, as stated previously, are historically a divided people that fought among themselves and outsiders in their homeland - typically for limited resources. Tribes differed however with some more warlike and controlling with others more suited towards trade. Those who traded were more inclined to leave the desert lands periodically which lead to intermingling with outsiders.

After the movement of peoples to Athera, the fighting among tribes intensified. Deus Proditor, the lands they settled in, was a lifeless landscape and it was not uncommon to see many die from either war or famine.

Despite this fighting, many Qalasheen attempted to cultivate the land still. They brought over camels and seeds suited to grow in such an arid climate. It was only until recently did they manage to find stability. The inter fighting amongst the people would end however with the coming of the Caliph.

    About Deus Proditor

    two-men-cross-the-barren-desert-at-giza-kenneth-garrett.jpg

The lands inhabited by the Qalasheen in Athera, little was known about it. What had been discovered had given rise to even more questions. Ruins of old hint at a past civilization once inhabiting the lands. However, these ruins were just crumbling away - there was a thick ash that enveloped them. A dark power appeared to have been at work there once and it could always come about again. The undead from Athera, what was left of this past civilization, was all that was left. Caliph Faiz Kharadeen had tasked his military, the Mubarizun, to purging these lands of the great evil that lurked the desert sands for both his peoples’ safety, and to put the reanimated to rest.

Little life naturally resided in these lands other than small lizards, insects, shrubs, and cacti.

    After the Caliphate

    eeoM6o58G5JWyxuGGCchmLaI7DkEwg0CE0xiFykd

In the year 1444, the bannermen force of House Kharadeen, The Alwahdat Alwaqi, marched forth to the castle of Ard Ghorrock where the Caliph, Arlen Kharadeen, swore fealty to another Qalasheen by the name of Nafis Yar of Al-Dirahk. By his words, Arlen had abolished the Caliphate’s government and reformed into a Sultanate.

How did these events come to pass?

Decades of events and decisions by Khalestine’s leaders and peers brought forth change. The most notable, being the Caliphate’s involvement in a bloody war between two other nations. Internal strife soon sparked within the lands of Khalestine, igniting the deadly Qali Spring, a rebellion began by a group of Qalasheen and other humans who demanded for an end to the war.

Caliph Faiz Kharadeen had relinquished his title, passing it down to his eldest son, Arlen Kharadeen who rallied his forces and allies to fight against the rebel faction. Homes were pillaged, farms were razed, and for several years there had been a constant unrest within the divided lands of Vandoria as allies of the former Vanderguan had begun to secede from the war. The Caliphate of Khalestine was one of the last nations to secede.

The Caliph, who was both the ruler over the nation and religion, had the government reformed where now the Qalasheen people live in the newly formed Sultanate of Khalestine.

    The Sultanate Of Haria

In the year of 1538, the Qalasheen had been attacked by the undead. This would happen to also be during the time when citizens were aksed to move out temporarily while the city was remodeled. This would leave the city devoid of life.

    l0f0p2g6oe4kil6R9ax6RNJ6YQ1vCirOpEW5B0OY

Transport vessels nearby were at the ready and once the undead had razed Al-Wakrah, the Qalasheen took off into the unknown. Their destination. South.

    AhHk0FHdA_4f0HgMGOgBTnIM5Abkzm-sRsJQIrBa

For many, this was a shock that brought out mixed emotions though one thing was for certain — the people were going to have a fresh start. Leaving the continent, the Qalasheen ships travelled for years, looking for a new land until in 1561 where The Lands of Haria had been discovered.

A land filled with various biomes which beam with wildlife. It would seem as if this place was never touched by humanity though much has yet to be discovered… With the discovery of their new home, the Qalasheen people disembarked and began setting up tents while they waited. It is said that a home is the final crop, but for the people of Haria, it is just the beginning of a new chapter in Lord of The Craft.

    Culture

    IMG_2432.jpg

Despite being historically reclusive, the Qalasheen had grown an interest in outsiders relatively fast with the creation of the Caliphate during Athera and have enjoyed the wares outsiders bring to the city to sell. Some Qalasheen wondered what others might’ve thought of them and in turn wished to know more about outsiders. Though those not accustomed to trade may have felt more shy and hesitant to start conversation with outsiders (especially the youth), they were very social once pushed on.

Among themselves, the Qalasheen have a strong work ethic but may be viewed by some as more relaxed. It is not uncommon to see someone napping on the job. This is to rebuild energy in order to keep working at the highest efficiency as possible. Putting one’s all into a trade is highly regarded and it’s believed one cannot produce quality work when tired.

Outside of work, the Qalasheen are known to invite friends and family over to socialize and eat. Those without proper housing may choose to socialize at a ****** lounge and smoke among others. Cactus green was enjoyed almost universally in the Caliphate and many from other lands where cactus green is illegal come to the Caliphate to indulge in it.

Although cactus green is socially acceptable, alcohol is not. Qalasheen have long regarded alcohol as a poison to the body and something the Creator forbids them to drink else they are more prone to sickness and barbaric traits. Pork is also not consumed in the caliphate and pigs are not even raised in the city because they are considered diseased and plague riddened. To this day Qalasheen have been a very religious people but unlike those with similar beliefs, they are more accepting of those with different beliefs. They are prideful however, and do not like their faith being insulted.

Surprisingly enough, the Qalasheen people have long supported an egalitarian society where men and women typically take part in the same roles together. It’s not uncommon to see women fight alongside men in the military or for even the most capable of women to lead men. Qalasheen society, for whatever role, holds certain standards that must be met typically on personality and strength. Should either man or woman meet these standards, each would have a fair shot at getting the role they desire.

    Holidays

    3546.jpg

The Day of Fasting: Once a year (OOC week, Friday), the Qalasheen people fast. It is said that God wishes for people to experience how the poor feel at least for one day of the year and to give charity to those in need. The Day of Fasting is only expected from those who are well to do. Those who are homeless, malnourished or sick are not obligated to participate. The next day (Saturday), a feast is held in the Sultan’s palace and anyone from the poor to the rich are welcomed to come and indulge in a feast with the Sultan and his family.

Menaphos: Once every four years (First Wednesday of every OOC month), The Qalasheen take a day off from work and stay home with family and friends. Those without family might go to the ****** Lounge instead. On this day, gifts are exchanged showing the appreciation one has for the other being in their life. Gifts might be given out ahead of time if one will be away on the day of Menaphos but giving gifts late is a sign of insult.

The Qalasheen, despite having lived in a land where most life cannot be cultivated, have developed an interesting diet that has given them longevity. Crops wise, the Qalasheen grow grapes, chickpea, olives, wheat and an assortment of spices and herbs such as turmeric and mint.

A favorite among the Qalasheen is hummus and falafel, which are both based upon chickpea. With the introduction of other vegetables from outside lands, the diet of the Qalasheen has expanded, making dishes such as this:

    Falafels.jpg

    Falafel and Hummus Pita

As for meat, coastal Qalasheen peoples typically eat shellfish and small fish. Lamb is also used often in Qalasheen cuisine as well as chicken and beef should one have access to it.. Swine and alcohol are both forbidden in the culture but the latter has a growing black market within the Sultanate.

    Cairo_Kebab_5.jpg

    Shish Kebab

A lot of food in Qalasheen cuisine can be eaten with one's hands such as kebabs and pita. To use a fork or knife for certain foods would appear odd among other Qalasheen. Of course, for those meals in obvious need of utensils, they are used.

  10. In Search of Patta

    Cast, wait, snag, repeat

These were the daily routines of a young Tigrasi cub. His once bright coat of orange fur had lost its shine during the frequent tropical storms which bashed against the Isles of Xerdali. Still, he knew how to care for himself as “Keera” — who was the closest thing to a parent figure now — cared for the growing Kha’.

    Cast, wait, snag, repeat

Muja, like many of the other young Kha’, had lost his parents (as cliche as it might sound). His mother took her own life after being driven from her home and the father had upped and left about five years ago.

    He was ten now.

Their home on the island was emptied and boarded up, forcing Muja to take refuge among the home of a loving Pantera. Crowded, but at least there was a roof over his head.

    gNQDENU7btZq6Bjt0WFDAsqp19Nhhg-3Eckzx92h

    Cast, wait, snag, repeat

He would often sit alone near the island’s edge, fishing, watching the days go by, and waiting to see his patta arrive on one of the few ferries that seldom docked there. Zinawr the Pantera had rounded up all the canoes he could find and stored them near the docks one day. The little Tigrasi grabbed a small jacket that barely fit his figure, recalling the first time Inaijo had taken him to the Dwed lands and bought it for his kitten. A few rations, several oyster pearls, and a good fishing pole would be all he needed.

    VTBRUNFs4U2ZZ8gfStSZ6GzO-tFdl7o8yUWPnrtl

“Cawn Muja use wun awf theese?”

  11. After hearing a loud deafening screech in the distance, Muja's eyes peer away from the bobber that floated uneasily in the surface of the salty waters. Beside him was a an old rusted bottle that seemed to have served as a remedy to sailors who grew restless during their long voyages. Scratched onto the glass were the scribblings of a word that he could barely make out.

    Skooma

And it was at that moment that Muja actually considered for the first time in his nine years of life on this realm that maybe... Just maybe... He needed to take a break.

"... Naw..." said the young Tigrasi before quickly reeling in the line, strapping the pole to his sash, and taking off toward the island. "Skooma time?"

    Farfolk Sail Home

A silent day befell Al-Wakhrah this morning. The attack of the undead caused much destruction and turmoil within the Capital of Al-Wakhrah, who would have known a nether portal existed within the supposed Tomb of St.Lucien? The majority of the city stood in ruin, the only thing unscathed being the blessed Great Masjid whilst great wizards and magic users manage to temporarily seal the nether portal. During this time, the Sultan of Al-Wakhrah called for an immediate evacuation, the city and nearby land holdings deemed too unsafe to live within until the portal was officially dealt with.

The citizens and army began to pile upon the great ships Khalestine built in secret. This was both a joyous and saddening day, as the city and lands of Al-Wakhrah was being abandoned and destroyed so that the Farfolk people might find homeage elsewhere. A place free from a tyrannical and racist rule of a false king. A place of peace, prosperity, and beauty. They were to search for the ancient lands of Haria, the great and mythical lands the farfolk would once again walk upon.

As the good people of Al Wakhrah piled onto the ship's, two great battleships appeared out of the distance, appearing to be quite a sight indeed. The Malik and The Ceto, two powerful battleships made in similarity to one another, made to utterly pulverise whatever lay within its path. Containing almost 30 ballista,2 trebs and 7 catapults, the battleships were obviously a dual force you did not wish to reckon with.

A great number of workers and soldiers worked tirelessly to strip down the Great Masjid brick by brick to rebuild it elsewhere. It had been done in Al-Dirahk and now to Al-Wakhrah. The new Masjid would grow again and again each time the Farfolk had to move. When all the supplies and citizens were officially on board all the ships, the fleet of ships began its journey out to sea. Every home was checked beforehand to ensure no one was left behind, including the dead. Their bodies would be buried elsewhere. As the battleships finally get into proper position and allow for the other ships to get further out to sea, they begin their bombardment on the city of Al-Wakhrah. Their volley of stones and arrows mask the sky as they pelted the once jeweled city of the south to utter dust, ensuring the undead had no way of returning. They continued for hours, until the great walls crumbled. The city was left to ruin, no one would be able to claim the jewel of the south now.

    “Onwards, to the promised lands!”

The rest of the fleet then begin their trip, in search for new lands to inhabit.

Only a handful farfolk stayed behind, to fulfill a personal endeavour.

    The Yalasar Laws

It is not fitting for an individual, man or woman, believer or non believer, to undermine or disobey the laws set by Allah and his respective servants. For one who does, is indeed on a clearly wrong path.

    1. The many riches of this world belong to those that earned them. The ones that walk a path of thievery will walk a path towards exile.

    2. Those that not share the mutual enlightenment of Allah’s followers should be tolerated and treated as an equal, for they cannot help being born outside our sacred lands.

    3. These three laws will be the bulwark of the civility within the Sultanate, for they are set in stone by the only supreme authority that reigns above all, Allah.

    The Bayezid Laws

In a world full of temptations and delusions, the individual must remain on the divine path set before him. In order for that to be possible, a strong understanding of the true meaning of sacrifice and necessity must be present.

    1. The enlightened individual of the Sultanate shall not lie, unless the truth would harm the innocent or empower the corrupt.

    2. Malicious planning or intent are to be blocked out of the minds of those that enter the Sultanate, for those undermine the individual’s divine bond with Allah.

    3. Power shall have no worth in the eyes of Allah, only through merit and good intent may one truly be elevated or pardoned.

    4. Corrupting the name of Allah and his legitimacy will be strictly forbidden within and outside the Sultanate. As we respect you, we demand respect in return.

    5. Any individual breaking these laws in the eyes of other kin or relatives shall lose its representation by the Sultanate, for it does not follow the true path it is required to.

    The Mercan Laws

For there are many corrupted in these lands that would lurk upon the riches and people of the Sultanate out of jealousy or envy, it is essential that those that follow God and seek shelter in our sacred land must be protected and prepared for all that evil can bring.

    1. When an individual or a collective clearly seeks to undermine the first Yalasar law, Allah shall grant permission to defend and potentially harm the underminers. Only when it is a question of life and death, may the enlightened individual exceed its mortal boundary.

    2. Every being within the Sultanate, citizen or visitor, has the divine responsibility to defend the sacred land from anyone that aspires for its destruction.

    3. Only the Sultan is able to appoint his successor, for he represents the people of Khalestine.

    4. Ones that carry harmful goods within the Sultanate must seal them and carry them out of sight accordingly. Only those tasked with protecting the Sultanate may publicly show their tools of killing as a sign of authority.

    The Kismet Laws

In order to preserve the functionality of the social stature in the Qalasheen society, laws must be established as an act of mutual understanding of what restrictions and liberties are for the best. Only through civil interaction can those with a good heart not be swayed to corruption and dark temptations

    1. All must be treated with equal respect and consideration within the Sultanate with the exception of increased respect given to those blessed by the Sultan’s grace.

    2. Those that have no wealth due to misfortune should be treated and aided if possible.

    3. Those of male gender shall not seek physical or unnecessary social contact with females after a marriage for adultery is forbidden.

    4. Those who aim to speak their words in a public setting shall refrain from insulting or undermining the Sultan or his chosen brothers in administration in said public setting.
