I agreed with everything in your statement but this one. As assassins we are already forced to initiate Rp, by speaking and emoting, something done only for the enjoyment of others(Don't forget all the meta we deal with doing this =/). In truth good Rp for an assassin is to Instantly kill their target, and escape. Yet, again, for the sake of being good villains(DB is one of the biggest Villain groups, and we take pride in this)we ignore this and take the time to set up an interesting event in which we attempt the kill(This drastically diminishes our chances of succeeding, but, hell, it's more fun for everyone, including us. Also during these events we tend to similarly kill the target with emotes, leaving his items out of the question to again better Rp the quick no time for looting escape, and to allow the target to Rp a dramatic death death(Or he could be saved, depends on who's around)). The emote sala did was aiming for an Insta-Kill, but you were given clear time to react, and hence your still alive =P. Regardless even a minor flaw can be ignored when the Rp is enjoyable, as that's the reason we're all here =).

At the end of the day, the donater is still going to have to ask/apply for that "High position", and, from what I've seem, your donater status is rarely put into consideration. He could easily make a his own town using his plot, but people tend to be drawn towards the towns/guilds that have a strong lore, or are just very popular(Or have oblivious Gaurds *Cough* Salvus *Cough* JK =P) . Not sure why everyone why everyone is complaining about it. The diamond pack has a similar perk yet honestly it's never taken into consideration. The key word in that perk is the "May", because no one will actually give you a high ranking position because your a "High lord".

@Arik I completely agree with your reasoning behind the dislike of the Non-Rp perks, and I would gladly go protest with you but... Vaq is doing what he needs to do to keep this server running. Major props to you for making sure the server keeps these strict Rp standards, but if no one donates their won't be a server to even Rp on. I again praise you for standing in the shoes of a player, but I ask you to stand in the shoes of Vaq(You'll get to be a boy genius) who is required to pay tons of money, just for our enjoyment(Not counting the amount of time he gives to code our plug-ins). I assure you if you saw the amount of money, and time Vaq consumes to keep this server running, you'd have a different view. I'm not trying to start an argument, I only wish to show you a different side to your protests =).

This is more of a bio, but it does answer the questions =P Panish was born on a beautiful sunny day, in the North of Oren. The grass danced happily through the warm summer breeze of his fathers farm. His father was a hard working man, and such Panish was brought of with the same idealism. With this mindset Panish didn't question the amount of labor he was required to do. Every morning it was milking the cows, feeding the pigs, getting the sheep back into their pens; Panish had become a strong able man in what seemed like days. Panish's father was proud of him, and both father and son were proud of their farm. *BAM!* Panish woke up with a jolt. He ran to his window to see the source of this strange noise. Looking through the window he made out 5 shrouded figures, near a pile of what seemed to be crates. Rubbing his eyes clear of the blur he saw that the shrouded men had just blew a hole through the farms vault. Panish, being only 11 at the time, stood their in shock. He had lived a isolated life on the farm, and never even new these creatures even existed. He continued to watch the shrouded creatures until he saw another figure running towards them in the dark. The figure held a torch, and what seemed to be cheap iron armor. Nonetheless when the man yelled at the creatures, Panish new the figure was his father. He wanted to go help his father, but he had never touched a sword in his life, and he was still frozen with shock. He watched his father charge into the group, injuring one only to be cut down in the back by another of the Bandits. Panish screamed but his body didn't listen. He couldn't make a noise-- He was confused, heartbroken, and depressed. Hoping this was a simple dream he crawled back into bed, where he desperately tried to wake up from this nightmare. The next morning Penish woke up to the sound of a new voice. From his open window he heard the strong booming voice of a man giving orders. He ran to his window hoping to see the traders had arrived and the whole event that took place last night was just a dream. Sadly he saw the farms storage was still burnt down, and his fathers body still lay limp on the floor. *Squeak* Panish's door swung open, and he looked at the tall strong figure in front of him. He trembled, but the figure stated "I'm an Oren guard, I'm not here to hurt you". Hearing these words Panish felt relived, and didn't hesitate when the guard asked him to come down, and explain what he saw. The guard brought him to meet the general of the Oren army, and was asked about the events. Just by looking at the Generals strong broad armor, and his fearless battle scarred face Penish gained some hope. After explaining the events the General took Panish to Oren where he was brought into the jail. There he saw the creatures who had stolen his farms harvest. The sight of these monsters made Panish snap. He began to take out a small dagger from his belt, when the General grabbed his wrist and said "If you kill them, you are no better then them", Panish looked at the man, with disbelief. He said "They killed my father....I have nothing left.." The General chuckled and said, "Your a strong lad, with a good heart. Come see me when your older, and I'l teach ho to defend what you love". Panish saw the general as a hero. He was the light, to his previously dark world. From that day forth he had one goal, and one goal only. Become a guard and never let anyone be hurt by un-justice. Prior Experience, been in any factions before? : Nothing much in relation to this. Why should we recruit you : It’s been my life goal to make sure justice has been served. I’ve have a very personal issue with bandits, and others that cause harm to people. Through the guard I wish to hold up my goals, and keep the people of Renatus safe. What are your strengths Weaknesses : My character is very centered around his goals of helping others he occasionally forgets about himself. Seeing bandits he is quick to attempt to stop them while often ignoring the fact he might be outnumbered. Yet this same reason gives him a high determination to do his job. Does your character know how to handle a weapon? (Axe/Sword) I prefer the offence capabilities of the axe(100)
