I'd like to say it's awesome, but really it is good, especially for a first work. I can tell you've put some effort into it, since you took the time to work on the collar and cuff, and it's attention to detail that makes art beautiful, so keep practicing ~<3

On a side note: The line art had a lot of potential, where as the coloring is flat, looking at the first link I see the level of detail you really put into this where as the coloring in a way covered up instead of enhancing. Brutal honesty from someone who can't draw a straight line :3
