Khailen

Hey guys, just wondering if a character who seems friendly and all but has a more sinister side many people don't know about (once you guys are accepting apps again)?

Out-Of-Character: -Minecraft Account Name: Khailen -How old are you?: 21 -Time-Zone/Country of Residence: Sydney, Australia -Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: I have very fluent English as it is my main language I speak. -Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: Love cars, computers, anime and fantasy books. -How much time could you be on the server weekly?: This is extremely variable depending on when I am called in to work, generally I spend a large portion of my free time on the computer and especially minecraft. But to give an average I would estimate around 20 hours per week. -How long have you played minecraft?: I have only been playing Minecraft for the past 3 months but I have already developed a strong addiction for it. I love it! -What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?: This would be my first serious attempt at roleplaying however I have read the basics and it sounds like I would enjoy it especially in a fantasy setting. My understanding is that it is about creating a fictional character and viewing the world through his/her eyes. -What do you expect this server will be like?: I had a look around without registering and the world seems really nice and my kind of place so I think I will enjoy venturing into the roleplaying world on this server. -What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I play vanilla minecraft on my friends private server but aside from that I have tried many of the large non-rp servers and didn't really find them as enjoyable because I did not really interact with the other players as much as I would of liked so RP seemed like the right option for me. -Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? What about the lore?: Yes. -Name the 4 races on this server. Humans, Elves, Orcs and Dwarves (undead and ascended) -How did you hear about us?: I found out about you guys on http://minestatus.net/ after browsing for a fantasy setting RP realm. -Did you vote?: yes -What was your favourite Law?: - No returning after death. When you die, you lose ~30 minutes of memory. You also can not return to the spot you died for ~30 minutes. I think this stops PVP from becoming really messy. -What was your least favourite Law?: I didn't notice any that I disagreed with. -What is your The Lord Of Craft forum account name? Khailen In-Character: -Character Name: Khailen (if I am not allowed to use the same name as my mc name: Kevin) -What is your Race?: Human (Northerner) -Lordofthecraft.net/forum forum account: Khailen -Biography: As a young boy Khailen very quickly become attached to sword fighting and victory. It was in his bloodline. His father was a very high rank in the army and his elder brother had been through many training classes. He would duel with his older brother every few afternoons but lose every time. After losing he would spend the entire night practicing with his blade and frustrated at himself for losing. Khailen didn't know how to accept defeat. It didn't take long before Khailen became incredibly jealous at his brothers swordsmanship. Khailen became fed up with dueling his brother and joined a sword fighting training academy for infants to hopefully one day be able to best him. Khailen was outclassing everyone in his academy after only training there for 1 month and he began to feel invincible. At this moment he had a dream of conquering the lands and slaughtering hordes of blurry figures single-handedly. He told his brother about the dream saying the blurry figures were Undead necromancers and their minions. His brother tried to tell him that it would be impossible for a mortal to do such thing but Khailen felt insulted by this comment, as if he was above mortal. This only encouraged Khailen to train even harder. By the time Khailen reached his young adult years he had become quite a master of the swords and told his brother to come duel him one last time over in the forest. Khailen completely crushed his brother this time and adrenaline and jealousy over took control of his body and slain his defeated brother. No one else knew that these 2 were together at the time. Weeks past and people wrote his brothers death off as a bandit raid. A year passed and not once did Khailen regret murdering his brother, instead this led him to believe he truly was invincible. Khailen had became obsessed with fighting and wanted all the power in the world and wanted to go down as the greatest warrior of all time no matter what it took. Khailen would aim to join the Army but even if he did get in would slaughtering undead be enough to satisfy him? Would he desire greater power and search for Iblees followers to join them? Would he his overconfidence be his downfall? How would it affect him if he was unable to satisfy his urge for power all together? Aegis is waiting for him to give him all the answers in due time. -Character Age: 24 -Character Appearance: Short brown hair, Somewhat muscular, Average height, White skin, has a large scar on his left eyebrow he received from sparring, attractive. -Character Personality: Khailen is cocky, selfish, overconfident, perceptive and above all else narcissistic. -Your ambitions: Khailen wishes to become the strongest warrior that ever lived and i wiling to take whatever path it takes to do so. -Can your character read or write?: Both -Can your character mine?: A little. -Are you a capable builder? Really wish there was a trial race option because I am a huge fan of what you guys have done with the Orcs and Krug but I was unsure if I could handle living in old ruins etc. -Name the 4 races on this server. Khailen In-Character: -Character Name: Naromur -What is your Race?: Dwarf (Mountain Dwarf) -Lordofthecraft.net/forum forum account: Khailen -Biography: Naromur as an infant was not very sociable, he would spend most of his time working with his dad at a young age whom was a professional blacksmith. Naromur was a fast learner in the tools of the trade and was inspired by his father to become a professional blacksmith as he got older. However during an orc invasion Naromur's home had been pillaged and destroyed and his family were slain, he managed to escape and hide in an abandoned mineshaft. A few orcs chased him into the depths of the mine where he eventually managed to escape them. Unfortunately Naromur had forgotten his way out because he had been in such a panic and rush, in the darkness he managed to find an old rusty Iron pickaxe and spent weeks trying to dig the walls out in search of an exit. Naromur slowly became weak and undernourished but was eventually found by a fellow mountain Dwarf from his village who had also managed to escape the orc raid. The newly found friend traded Naromur some of the ores he had came across in his journey out of the mine for food that the Dwarf managed to save from the invasion. Naromur and his friend were caught down there for almost a year until they eventually managed to get out. Naromur, without anyone to go home too would use his newly found mining skills and his blacksmith skills to earn enough cash for him to find a new temporary home and get his life back in order. However mentally Naromur did not completely recover from this trip down in the mines he had become a much more stubborn an arrogant Dwarf and could unleash a bad rage when taunted. Naromur used money from his trades to get himself a steel sword and whenever he would rage he would go practice with his sword, eventually Naromur developed some nice skills with the blade and became determined to avenge his family and join the Free Dwarfs Army, Naromur's story begins here..... -Character Age: 131 -Character Appearance: Bright red, thick brushy hair and braided beard. Light skinned. -Character Personality: Naromur is very stubborn and impolite to people he is unfamiliar with but makes a helpful and loyal friend to the Dwarf he has (or will) meet at his local alcoholic beverage vendor where he spends most of his free time. However Naromur is also a hard working self employed Blacksmith and Miner. -Your ambitions: Naromur desires to join the Dwarven army and avenge his slain family by killing Orcs. -Can your character read or write?: He has the basic abilities to read and write but is somewhat illiterate and cannot comprehend many larger words. -Can your character mine?: Naromur developed mining skills while stuck in the mineshaft during the Orc invasion. -Are you a capable builder? Naromur is not very proficient at building. -Can you wield a sword?: Yes, in recent times Naromur has been practicing the ways of the blade. -Enjoy Farming?: Naromur has never really been around farms to know for sure.
