Your Application has sadly been DENIED!
This app is so close to acceptance, however I feel a few changes could be made. Let me just walk you through a few suggestions so the next app you post will be worthy of acceptance!
Firstly, I'd like you to expand on your biography. Incorporate server lore, events, cultures, religions, etc. I will link you to the LoTC Wiki, where all this information can be obtained. Please make this biography at least two paragraphs.
Secondly, I'd like you to expand on your character's personality traits, ambitions, strengths/weaknesses, as well their appearance. Be creative and outstanding.
Thirdly, your definitions are remotely correct, yet hard to understand. I will link you to all three definitions, I'd like you to read them, study them, and then restate them in your OWN WORDS. Please DO NOT copy/paste these definitions into your application.
I also suggest that you read THIS guide on how to properly apply. You do not have to, it is merely a suggestion.

Your Application has sadly been DENIED!
This app is so close to acceptance, however I feel a few changes could be made. Let me just walk you through a few suggestions so the next app you post will be worthy of acceptance!
Firstly, your meta-gaming definition and power-emoting definition are slightly off. I suggest you familiarize yourself with the definitions that I'll link below. Remember to read these definitions and put them into your own words- plagiarizing on LoTC is not allowed whatsoever!
Secondly, your biography needs expanding and corrections. I suggest you look at the WIKI and incorporate more server lore- as in locations, history, creatures, etc. As well, Elves have an odd aging process. Due to them being immortal, maturing to "18" as a Human would, should take 50 years. I suggest you change the ages of your parents to 50+, as well change your character's age to 30+. Remember to be creative in your biography.
Thirdly, add onto your personality traits, ambitions, strengths/weaknesses. Make them interesting, as well relate them to your biography (as in: if your character was bitten by a dog as a child, he would have a fear of dogs, which is a weakness). Remember to be creative in this part of the application.
Fourthly, please try and find a larger image of your skin so that I could see its details. Also, add a screenshot of your skin's backside. Thank you.

I have read through her ancestral addition to Orcish culture- the writing checks out, as well it's formatted beautifully. Adasino, I suggest you look into Orcish culture/history too, I'm sure the WT could use some extra writers in that specific category.

I deal with defeat quite well- I've been through hundreds of situations on a multitude of characters where I've lost. But Leo, you repetitively powergame your magic according to multiple sources. Your elven history is fine, but for pete's sake get the magic right if you want to be an LM for it.

Being defeated and killed in RP does not by default mean you got powergamed :)
There were no tell-tale signs for a power up. Twirling your sword and approaching me is nothing. Eyes glowing then roots instantly grappling onto me is quite powergamey.

Firstly, I need you to add more lore to your biography. By lore, I mean historical events that transpired in the past in either one of our realms (Aegis, Asulon, Anthos, Athera, Vailor); adding Dwarven cities into your biography- such as Kal'Urguan, etc. I'll link you to our wiki, I suggest you go through some Dwarven history and integrate it into your biography.
Secondly, this is a small change, on our server we do not have 'Redstone Magic'- instead, it would make more sense for your character wanting to delve into 'Redstone Mechanics'. I suggest you change that.
