Well, i think you got declined probably. Because i saw a comment that Repiteo made and he was saying why you didnt make it through. I edited my post on the 6th page with a new app.

I agree on that, Gaius. But i meant like if a person does something wrong, we dont just call him a fool, this doesnt go to bully, any of the members. Dont we just warn him? But i do agree that theres a iron fist needed sometimes.
