His parents stared at him,as they decided they should name him. Glorfindel. When he grew up,at the age of 200,he was farming with his mother,planting wheat,melon and cacti.After some time,he asked his mother for stories... and heard about the Wilds. Without a doubt,he ran off,going to the Wilds. He went to get some seeds.He went back home with a lot of seeds,and then planted them with his mother. After some time,he noticed that his crops were ready for harvest. He grabbed his hoe,and harvested the wheat.He took it,and placed it into the chest.After about an hour or so,his father shouted at him that he needs some help. Glorfindel walked at his father.He then looked at him,and his father gave him some planks. His father told him that he needed to fix the floor,and if Glorfindel could hold them for him. Before his father could take a breath,Glorfindel already started putting the planks on the floor.Now then... he grew up.. He was able to build and farm. After a while,at the age of 217, he took his satchel,and was off for the Wilds...While roaming the wilds,he hoped to find the city of Laurelin..he kept looking,until the sun was setting,he then went off to his house,what to see? His father and mother was missing,left with a note onto the table saying "Your parents are gone. Do not try to find them. Oh and no,we didn't left anything. Not free.50 minas and we'll call that even." Outraged,he grabbed his father's axe,and started chopping the house down.. After a month,he looked around,as the house was gone. There he put a sign,saying "R.I.P Mainthir Vardamir R.I.P Feinreith Vardamir" He took the animals from their house barn,and made a cart with the wooden planks he got. The games vary widely, from Call of Duty and Madden to Minecraft and Diablo, but the books are mostly fantasy or scifi fantasy. I am slightly lazy, but when I find something I really like I work hard at it. How much time could you be on the server weekly?: 10 hours per week, or sometimes even more. What do you know about Roleplaying? What is it?:Role playing is taking on the personality, memories, actions and thoughts of a character. You think as if you were that character, rather than your real life self, what he/she would say, how he/she would respond to certain situations etc. This can be anything from exacting revenge on the man who killed your best friend to drunkenly laughing with your friends in a poorly lit tavern. I do have a LOT of role playing experience. I have been everything from a drunken dwarf battlemage to a Nordic berserker, in a lot of different games. A few good years before I started minecraft I played a good selection of RPGs, and before that, I was into the “Fighting Fantasy” (I believe they were called) role-play game book series. I have also been an avid fantasy book and film fan since I first was able to read them which is what sparked my love of role-play. Since I got minecraft, I have played exclusively on role play servers (not counting single player), so I am pretty experienced at role- play. In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are:Metagaming is when roleplaying you use information that you know, but your character would not, in game, usually to give yourself an edge. Powergaming is basically going straight for diamonds. You ignore everything else the game has to offer and go straight for the end. So, in roleplaying it would be to ignore the story and rping with people so you can get that diamond sword or pickaxe. What do you expect this server will be like?:I think that it will be a good server I can play on with minimal griefing or trolling. I think that the admins and mods will be professional and fair without being cold tyrants. I think that there will be some amount of adjustment for me to get used to possibly different rp styles. I think that it will feel like a new world to explore and possibly fight through while keeping the friendly air that Minecraft has. What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:Generally just private servers with friends and a few public ones. He was shunned by all the other children in his village for being the runt of the litter, most of the men in his village grew to be strong warriors. By the time he was 15 the other children were carrying axes and training to be warriors meanwhile Ben spent his days training tirelessly with a bow and shortsword. When he turned 16 he was challenged to a duel by the chieftains son, he put an arrow between the young mans eyes and was banished from the village. Ben has wandered ever since as a ranger traveling from place to place and making a living off of protecting people from the horrors of the night. He believes that he'll never find a place to settle, but who knows what the Maker might have in store for him. Maybe, just maybe, he'll find a home in Aegis. A Young woman fined him and took him home. Aodrans father and mother were both humans, but they decided to raise a baby they find. Aodrans father was a farmer near Al'Khazar. HE thought Aodran to write as a human, but he could´nt teach his son to speak or write on his native language, elf. When Aodran has spent fifteen years of his life on a farm, he decided to leave on his own paths. Aodran wandered in the lands of Aegis many years. When he had travelled less than a year, a group of enslavers prison him and sold him on a mine for "employment". Aodran didn’t know how long he was in that mine. He was almost given up hope, when he heard that the prisoners were planning escape. Aodran saw a blink of hope again. When the escape night came only few survived. Most of the escaped prisoners were captured, but Aodran managed to escape. On a next night Aodran sleeped in forest. One of the slavers found him sleeping there. Aodran woked up just before the enslaver were about to kill him. They battled and that night Aodran killed first time for self-protection. On that night forward Aodran trained to fight with a sword. He build him self a little camp on a forest near a city of Dunwood. He lived on forest where he hunted his own food. While he was hunting, he noticed that he was a better archer then he imagined. Aodran secretly had always dreamed to be a prince or even a high prince of an elven council. Aodran lived peacefully in forests until one day an old man appeared on his camp. Aodran gave a bred for a man and the man told him that he was a wizard who had seen a prophecy of an young man who lived in a forest and who could be the strongest wizard of all time. Aodran thought that the man was crazy and drove him away. Before the man left he gave Aodran a book. He said: "Whit this you can be closer to your people". He also said that Aodran should think about what he said. After man was gone Aodran really thought about the strange mans words. He still does sometimes. He investigated the book that man gave him and discovered that it was instructions to speak read and writes on elf. He spent lot of his time to read a book man gave him and finally learned his own language. When Aodran filled the age of fifty, he decided to try to fill his lifelong dream to get in an elven council. He went to a city of Laurelin and there he stayed. But when he reached the city of Laurelin he said: "One day I shall rule this all". -Character Appearance: Aodran is a man and he has a long blond hair, pointy ears (like all elves) and he likes to wear green. Aodran hasn’t got a beard. Aodran is sometimes having difficults to wipe of his arrogant smile. -Character Personality: Aodran hates to lose and he loves to other person to admit that Aodran was right. He likes to learn new things and he is very ambious. He is also very greedy of power, but under all these faults he is a true friend and a pleasant gentleman. -Your ambitions: To explore the world of Aegis and maybe some day to start my own kingdom, or to get as a High Prince of elven council. -Can your character read or write?: Yes, on elf and on human. -Can your character mine?: He can, but he probably wont. -Are you a capable builder?: Yes. -Can you wield a sword?: Yes, but not as well as I can shoot whit a bow. -Enjoy Farming?: Yes. -Does your character have any special skills?: Aodran can shoot an with a bow from hundreds of meters away. -A screenshot of your skin: no skin ill change to an Elf skin soon. -Other Information: I am a very helpful person, and also great a RolePlaying.
