Reason for Joining/Bio (at least 1 paragraph): After arriving in Kal'Azgoth Gilnar was looking for work when he realized the note for the smithing guild at the entrance. He decided since he has some basic knowledge about smithing this would be the right place to go. What Will You Add to the Guild? His mum ran the household she cooked cleaned and cared for Gilnar. His Dad worked in the mines and brought money in for the family by selling the picks and weapons he smithed with the ores he dug from the mine. When Gilnar was 16 his family died in a tragic cave in. He was just at the entrance to the mine working (He had the job of bringing picks to the mine for the miners to use) when all of a sudden the ground around him started shaking he could hear miners shouting in the mine and Gilnar's friends dad ran out of the mine and started having a conversation with one of the head miners at the entrance. The head miner shouted out that there had been a cave in and they had to evacuate as many miners as they could but sadly some miners will have got trapped down there, he said not to worry well start rescuing them as soon as possible. Gilnar and his mother waited nervously at the top of the mine along with many other families for the return of the miners. After what seemed like a year to Gilnar the line of miners came to an end and his father was no where to be seen. He began crying he ran back to the house. His mother was equally upset but she ran into the mine screaming for her husband the head miner tried to stop here but she was already far down the mine to catch up to she got to the bottom of the mine and started to throw bits of rubble and fallen stone out of the way in a hopeless attempt to reach her husband. The head miner reached the bottom of the mine only to see her grab a rock which caused even more of the mine to collapse killing her in the process. Gilnar hadn't even stopped crying for his dad when the head miner arrived on his doorstep and told him about his mum. He didnt cry he didnt feel sad anymore he felt dead inside hed lost the only family he had. He was adopted by one of the blacksmiths and worked there for a couple of years. Then one day one of the miners came in and asked him to repair his pickaxe and he thought to himself why am i doing this i should be mining its what my dad would've wanted me to do. He threw down his blacksmiths apron and headed off to the docks in search of a new land to adventure to. A place where he could put everything behind him start over he would train as a miner and become as good as he could. What are they like (personality)?: - Hes a very lonely and ambitious person What are their ambitions?: - to become the best miner around Do they have any special skills?: - mining and he also knows his way around the forge since he used to work there when he was younger. What are their weaknesses?: - Gilnar has never had a real fight so he trys to avoid getting into them, say a bandit jumped him in the wilderness he would be able to do very little to defend himself. When i was a wee one me and my family lived in Aegis we were very poor our only way of getting a job was in the mine because the other jobs were reserved for the higher class dwarves. One day when they were in this mine i was waiting up top being to young to enter and suddenly the ground shook I thaught nothing off it there had always been tremors. All the miners started to pour out I knew something was wrong. I ran in to search for my parents but i could not find them anywhere the only thing I found was my farthers pickaxe(the one I wear to this day). I was trapped in the mine at this point because it had caved in my exit was blocked by a giant diamond. The cave shuddered once more and thats all i can remember. I woke up that night in my parents arms they were fine, not even scratched.I was also fine, amazing.I turned my head round only to see the massive diamond in our house. We were rich.Then my parents told me that nobody could afford to buy it off us in these lands, and they were getting old and coudn't work in the mine to get us money. They sent me away to Asulon so I could find wealth there but there was a terrible storm and the diamond fell of the boat. I tried to get it but the captain would not let me jump and to make matters worse when i land on Asulon I recieve news that Aegis had been overun by undead. So I will try and build a new living as a miner and find another huge diamond and live in Asulon with all the money I could wish for.Nowadys I have ginger hair wear silver armour and leather straps. I like to get on with things and ask questions only if nessecery. If someone angers me i'll stay cool but deep inside be very annoyed.I am kind and helpfull to my friends but not to any one else.
