What we have gotten today, first day of construction; The walls, and the gate, and the gatehouse / first of the keep. Here is the front of the gate / wall / castle structure that has been constructed for archers and other tactical reasons: The back of the wall / temporary supplies / shelter; The right of the wall; The left of the wall; You can see the door leading to the keep / guard tower. Well done, guys! We need some food though, and we're having some more done tomorrow.

Anyone who has not already done so, or is a loyalist of Azar / Seventis, we would request most graciously and it is appreciated if you comment / post feedback and support in regards to the acceptance or approval of our charter. I am afraid you are misunderstood, we were offered a refugee tent as temporary shelter by the Queen of Salvus most graciously, this is not a permanent shelter but a form of gratitude because of the hard challenges and events that occurred to our former town. We are not allies of Salvus officially, however we do engage in friendly relations with their officials, and we believe their morals are correct, however we prefer the beautiful, majestic lands of Cloud Temple.

NO WHERE, does this specify that a Diamond/Bedrock VIP may ONLY use it once. No Where. It is respectable that you are posting on our charter, however we do not enjoy the fact you post irrelevant and statements as lacking as the ones you have stated. I can see why you posted what you posted, however, we were just happy on submitting our charter, and you post a negative statement. Come on man, seriously? Your point is not valid. Our factions / towns cannot engage in conflict due to the terms we agreed upon about that war. Your argument is invalid. From where have you heard I have disrespected you? If you heard this information from a GM, they would have posted on here disclosing that fact. Furthermore, your source who gave you this information is not reliable, and I don't know where you heard this, but I am not fond of these statements you are making. Markus, I respect you. However, this insignificant nonsense you just spewed out of your mouth is complete rubbish. 'Using your Diamond VIP on Azar...' really, did you just say that? By donating towards LoTC, I am confident that you possess the benefits acquired via donation as long as you play it, and even if one were to create another charter, the benefits are still in effect. A diamond VIP, and I'm sure you are aware of this, paid 100 dollars to show their support of the server, dedication to the server, and to make the server prosper and flourish. Do you really believe that the administrators will reject his status of Diamond VIP? Indeed, there are many Diamond/Bedrock VIPs. The LoTC staff I am sure is very thankful and appreciative of their donator's efforts and contributions. I am sure the staff will Allow his Diamond VIP. Two, about your second statement... Before, Azar was a humble town that did not disrespect the land of the Cloud Temple. It was located beyond the mountain before the town, and did not demoralize or damage any of the beautiful land there. Also, if the monks wouldn't allow us on their land, why would they allow you? After all, you are in possession of Azar now, and that is implying that we damaged the Cloud temple land for constructing land there... If what you said is true, then they wouldn't want you on their land, either. I support the Charter of Seventis and I am anxious to begin construction upon the hopeful approval. I thank all the former loyal citizens of Azar who have stuck with us in this time of terror, and I shall urge great happiness and success in the times ahead. I just noticed something. It hasn't been 5 days. Several days warning is not 5 days. Maybe 3 or 4, but NOT 5. Due to the fact we have not received 5 days warning, that means the proposal should be denied, correct?

This is the photograph of Claudius (Our second in commands) general store after it was fixed from being robbed yesterday. I suspect Casimir Amaedius (The man who issued this proposal to Ser Markus Powell, and the man responsible for everything) the culprit for this for a few reasons: One of our shops in Azar was broken into. I believe that Casimir performed an unauthorized action, by breaking the glass located in the Attachment below, due to the following reasons: - He left a sign in front of the keep; stating: Things are about to get worse. They may even get ugly. -Cas My treatment here has been bad, and I haven't been paid. -Due to his negative atttitude about the situation, he decided to symbolize the fact that times in Azar would get worse, he broke into the shop by destroying the glass. -He does not possess a villain application, and has been banned before for lack of the knowledge of the rules of the server, as evidence here: http://www.lordofthecraft.net/forum/index.php?/topic/30723-ban-report-on-jtringl-unmoderated/ Here is a excerpt from a post inside the ban report, stating that jtringl (Casimir Amaedius currently) performed a no-rp kill: Yes. The actions that jtringl performed under the time he was in Azar were questionable, in Azar, he had a bad attitude, ordering around Claudius (Our second in command), Myself, and (Lord_Renati, the ruler of Azar.), not only did he do this, he demanded we pay him, when he declared his services were free, he criticized and demoralized the citizens of Azar, and did other unlawful actions. Azar is a peaceful nation that is currently neutral. We do not wish to partake in any war, and we do not deserve this because; Our city has been recently constructed, and the fact that we did not pay wages was not our fault as our city was being set up, it is not automatically assumed that we possess money. Casimir was hired out of free will, as he stated his services were FREE.

Our statement to the Androniam Rebel Forces; Written by Steward Damien Dracaena of the Town of Azar. This proposal does not a significant enough reason to support itself. Our town was recently constructed. About a week and a half ago. The amount of progress we have put into it and constructed has been immensive and great. We are very proud of our town. His attitude was very negative about the situation. Our architect, Casimir Amaedius (MC Name: Jtringl), was not paid due to the fact we could not pay him, HOWEVER, he stated before, his services were free. The reason this has been proposed is due to the lack of pay that jtringl received. We did not betray him, and he also possessed a terrible attitude as it was. He stated Originally that his services were free. However, the next day, he demanded payment. We spoke with him, stating yes, you will receive PAY WHEN the city acquires the minas and has established a significant amount of wealth and has constructed and expanded itself to the most it possibly can. He then threatened my life, and stated I shall declare war upon you and bring many forces with me. I personally believe, that due to the fact that he stated his services were free, and the next day he demanded payment, that it is not necessarily a significant enough reason to rebel. He is the only person to be affected by this, and chose to rebel due to not being paid. It is understandable, however, the way he approached was not correct, and does not pose enough valid evidence to declare war. Think of it like this: A man declares, "It is fine, my services are free!" and then, the next day, "I want to be paid for the houses I built." Next, we state that when we obtain enough minas for the town and help it expand and flourish, we shall pay you accordingly. We praised him for his architectural skills, and he ended up then getting irritated after 2 days. He posted signs in front of our keep stating his experience was terrible, he wasn't paid, and he was stolen from (No, you weren't stolen from. Your chest, in your mind was your supplies, but in retrospect, it IS THE TOWN'S BUILDING SUPPLIES. YOU WERE NOT STOLEN FROM, your supplies were government owned). Because of the follow circumstances, (Not getting paid), he chose to declare war. That is like an employee for a business not getting paid his salary when the business has just started. The employee is irritated, so he shoots everyone in the business. He doesn't understand that the business was created around a week ago, and that the money has been invested into the welfare of the business. He must remain strong, until the business can pay him and he can acquire an average wage to support himself and perhaps his family. The beginnings start slow but will get better.
