I am from northern Ohio and I pronounce them differently, though I have a slightly different accent than most around here. For example, I pronounce t's where most Ohioans/Americans would make them d's (such as in the word "quarter"). I also make a lot of "a" sounds "ah", and say diction-ree instead of diction-air-y. it's British like, I know, but I think those sound better and most people aren't phased by it. Cot I would say something like "kaht" Caught I would say "Kawt" Hawk would be "Hawk" Hock would be "hahk" Don is "dahn" to me Dawn is "dawn" Those pronunciations are rather common here, I'd say. I love English and its many varieties.

Tried all that, nothing works. It has to be my computer or wi-fi as minecraft works fine for other servers and the issue was not fixed when I re-downloaded it/switched versions. I've tried: mc.lotc.co, lotc.co, and login.lordofthecraft.net on multiple version.

I tried re-installing minecraft, same problem. I believe it may be a problem with my wi-fi, as it worked on a different computer at someone else's house about a week ago.

Direct connecting does not work either, same error. Other servers are working fine also.

When attempting to log in I continually get the following error: Failed to connect to the server java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information: Why might this be? I recall having this issue before and it being resolved, but I can not recall the solution. I am currently on 1.7.10 and am using the IP of "mc.lotc.co". Thank you in advance.
