How much time could you be on the server weekly?: About two hours each day during the week and about eight hours on the weekend for a total of eighteen hours a week.
What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: Roleplaying is taking on the persona of your in game character. That means acting like he would act, talking in the manner that he would talk, and not ever breaking that in game. When I enter the world, I am no longer me, I am my character. In essence, I take on a different life and play that role to the best of my ability.
In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. Metagaming is when my character has knowledge that he cannot possibly know. For example, if my character has never encountered an event IC, but I have encountered it OOC and use that knowledge IC, I would be metagaming. My character has not encountered that event, but acts as if he did because I have encountered it OOC.
Powergaming is doing something that my character cannot actually do within the limits of the game. For example, if I want to pick somebody up, my character cannot actually do it. Instead, I would have to say *Boldin picks <Name> up* to do it. Although it did not physically happen, it is implied that my character did it. I could also hug somebody by saying *Boldin hugs <Name>*
What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect it will be extremely enjoyable and grief-free.
What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have spent my time in single player building so far and wish to expand into the multiplayer realm. As of now, I have not played on any other servers.

How did you hear about us?: My friend, mylimo7, plays on this server and I have watched him play. It seems very fun and I wish to play with him.

Character Name: Boldin Mafik
What is your Race?: Dwarf
Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Boldin Mafik was born outside of the city of Kal'Urguan. Growing up, his father, Gorim, taught him how to become a great miner. Boldin would learn from his father how to dig tunnels through mountains and build underground communities. At the age of 147, his father died, and he moved away from his family to further master the art of mining. He has a passion for rocks and ores.
On one of his trips into a mountain, he was confronted by a fierce enderman. The enderman was holding a diamond block and Boldin thought it was stealing from him. He tried to kill the enderman to recover the diamond block. After a brutal battle that almost left Boldin for dead, the diamond block was finally recovered by the enderman. Boldin crafted this diamond into a necklace and wears it around his neck at all times to remind him of his near-death experience.
Boldin is a seemingly peaceful dwarf who just wants to mine in life. He tries not to cause much trouble during his journeys, but will not let anybody step over him. Although he is usually calm and tranquil, he will defend himself when the need arises. Boldin wants to become the best miner in all of Aegis, but knows that he cannot do it alone. He sees the need for companionship and the help of others, so he tries to make friends wherever he goes.
Your characters ambitions: Boldin wishes to become the best miner in all of Aegis.
Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? Boldin runs in between the elf and bandits and helps the elf fight off the attack. Afterwards, Boldin asks the elf if there is anything else he can do for him. He then offers to let the elf accompany him to the nearest city so that the elf does not find himself in any more danger.
Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? "I would like to sell my ores to you, good sir!"
