From what I've seen the person in question is perfect for the team she's applying for, not only because she's mature and approachable but also because she's very level-headed. She might sometimes joke around but who doesn't? Whenever there was a serious character required she always handled things with grace and smart. Perfect and viable match for the AT team.

There doesn't need to be actual lore because it's an OOC aspect of LotC. You get it from voting and it doesn't have value in game beyond the rewards that you get with it.

Bruh getting minas from voting destabilizes the economy. I'm glad they did this, just don't turn it into a micro transaction deal.
