I'm married with three little boys, I just got out of the U.S. Army after eight years of service. I'am a LARPer and table top RPG player, so enjoy role-play. I am also the host The Dirty Shamrock Podcast and HIT Cast (LARP podcast).

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.:
Roleplaying to me means stepping into another personality and act out and put yourself in situations that you normally would not be in, getting to be someone your not.
In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.
Metagaming is taking out of play information and using that information in game for your own characters gain.
powergaming is progressing your character through min/maxing your characters stats. Choosing character stats to give your character more power.
What do you expect this server will be like?:
I'm expecting to meet a players that are like myself and enjoy Roleplaying and to be part of a lving fantasy world.
What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:
I played on the server City Wars, but I left because there was no RP, and no one would help each other, just a lot of crap talking to each other.

Thanatos lived a simple life, he had a ranch were he bred horses for trade. It was the family ranch passed down through the years. Thanatos had a wife named Juliana and three year old son named Vance and one year old daughter named Cassandra. Thanatos enjoyed his life, working the ranch during the day and spending time with his family at night, he ignored most of the outsie world trying to stay out of the way of conflict. That all changed in one night.
On a winter night Thanatos and Juliana were sitting by the fire after putting the children to bed. It was snowing outside and the wind was howling, the family were taken by surprise that night. The undead came crashing through the front door without warning, bring in with them the cold night air and bloodshed. Thanatos fought the undead until he was exhausted, his wife and children were on the second floor hiding in the bedroom.
Thanatos made a quick decision and set the bottom floor, his plan was to get up stairs and get to his family and jump out a window with them, trapping the undead within the burning house.
Thanatos made it to the bottom of the stairs, but was hit from behind and was knocked out, the last thing he heard was the undead moving past him and his family screaming in terror and pain. He awoke in the morning cold and wet, he was outside in the snow. His house was nothing more then smoldering ruins, smoke still rising from the remains. He wondered how he got outside, there was a long drag mark from the house to were he lay. There were no footsteps by the drag mark indicating that someone saved him, but that was the least of his worries at the moment. He gained his bearings and made his way to his burned house and started digging through the remains of the house. He did not find the remains of his family, either they escaped some how, was burned alive, killed by the undead, or taken by the undead.
Thanatos sat and cried for many hours, he composed himself and picked himself up and started walking towards the closes place of refuge. He vowed that he would not allow this to happen to anyone else and that he would find out the fate of his family, but he needed to get stronger to do so, fate had given him a new path in life.
Your characters ambitions:
Thanatos's ambitions are to gain power enough to be able to protect the innocent people of the land, because he wishes that someone had looked out for him and his family when they were killed.
Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?
With out hesitation Thanatos comes to the aid of the Elf with out a moments notice. After helping dispatch the bandits, Thanatos makes sure the Elf was in good health and make sure that all the Elf's belongings were returned to him if any were taken by the bandits. Thanatos would then go to the closets guard outpost and submit a report about the bandit attack and that he had dispactched the bandits.
Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?
"Good day sir, I'm just looking for some supplies, been running low as of late. Anything new going on around here?"
