  1. I agree completely with you Zebanamana, the slums that are being created by spawn is just revolting. I don't know if the residents of the villages know where their race's kingdoms are, or how amazing they look. I can't find a way to understand why people would like make small, compressed homes that are practically next to one another, compared to their capital. I've traveled to most of the kingdoms and they all look amazing and all seem to have flat land, making it idea for building NORMAL homes. Also, another rising issue in the slums are now facing is the huge amount of thief. As well as the new 'public mine' which is just turning the ground till the level on which you need a permit to mine, into Swiss cheese, full of endless tunnels and rooms. If you apply this mine on a realistic level, the fact it's so close to the surface and being mined in the manner it is now, without support beams, the mine itself would collapse and destroy most of the slums above it.

  2. Greetings my fellow beardy friends and guards who believe I am here to steal and destroy your beautiful city. I'm HeeroZero, better know as Deke Valentine when RP'ing. And then within RP'ing, better know as, Mr.Scary-human-that-wears-a-mask-similar-to-the-hockey-mask-used-by-a-very-famous-movie-serial-killer. Putting most of that aside, my character is -actually- in the city regrading orders and other business involving Deke. He is getting a make-over (really a skin without the spine-chilling mask and a fine outfit he bought from a kind and hearty elf.) and will soon be looking for property within the fine city of the Dwarves.

    MAIN IDEA:

My character hopes to buy property in the city and he is wealthy enough to do so. But the main issue at hand is, he is not one of the clan of short, bearded men who enjoy mining and the fine art of smithing. He is a simple human. I was wondering, even though my character is a human ( and a diplomat), would he be allowed to purchase property within the city hidden under the crust of the Earth?

  3. Out-Of-Character:

    Minecraft Account Name: HeeroZero

    Did you attend minecon and sign up at the LOTC booth?:No. I would have loved to go to MineCon but sadly I live in New York. ;_;

How old are you?: 14 Currently. But I'm turning 15 this May.

Time-Zone/Country of Residence: Est, United States.

Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: Pretty sure I do. When ever I do find myself on FaceBook, I look back and see that all I do there is correct my friend's spelling and other grammar related errors.

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: Well. I'm just a normal 14 year old teen from New York who has a passion for roleplaying. It really does have a deep meaning to me. It can be very entertaining at times. It's all about doing things you can't. I've only been RP'ing for little less then a year but it has become a major part of my life.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Knowing my addiction to my computer, I'll be extremely active. About 30-79 hours a week! (Yes, I really love my computer that much. And no, I'm not even joking...)

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: Roleplaying is forming a living thing yourself. You give it a past and a future. Then you can control his or her's actions how they would react. It could be so much fun and so entertaining to live in someone else's shoes for a short period of time and get away from the hassles of modern day life.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. Powergaming is when you force something on another player. For example, forcing a death on someone when they said they don't wish for their character to die by your hands.

Metagaming is when you use OOC knowledge IC, for example, using the cords of an event's location to be part of it when you're character is anti-socail and never heard word about this. It can also be when you do something impossible like slaying a dragon with your bare fists when you're a 5 year old orphan that has no legs.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I've logged onto it as a wandering soul I was extremely impressed at the amount of RP going on. Everywhere I went I saw nothing but RP. To me, this is like heaven for me.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

HeroCraft; I still play there from time to time.

Terra Renatus; It closed down sadly.

Italus; Started by my good friend Sawses. Also closed down as well, sadly.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Yep, yep, and yep.

How did you hear about us?: My friend DeadlyRainbow told me about this server.

Have you voted for the Lord of the Craft on Minestatus? Which vote number were you? I did. But I didn't see an number when I had voted. But it said that the server was #14 when I had voted. (If that's enough proof that I had actually voted.)

What is your The Lord Of Craft forum account name?: Heero

    In-Character:

    Character Name:

    Deke Valentine

    What is your Race?: Human.

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Deke Valentine was born to a loving father in a small village hidden within a forest near the city of Galahar. He enjoyed his young childhood. He loved his father to death. But just as everyone else, his father needed to support himself and his child. He worked by day in a forge, crafting armor and other works of steel. His father always warned him to stay away from his shop. “Now Deke. You mustn't got near my shop son. Tis dangerous for someone of your age. You could scar yourself badly with this hot metal laying around.” He warned. Deke respected his father's wishes, but he grow lonely. He soon meet another child by the name of Edward. He was a quite child. He was just like Deke. His father was away during the day, working on a farm. Edward had keep to himself in the beginning of their friendship, but Deke was amazed at his imagination and his ambitions. He look forward to his life and inspired Deke. Edward claimed he wanted to be a sailor and fight pirates. As early kids, the laughed and acted out scenes they would imagine. But as they grew, Edward became inspired by Deke. He wanted to be knight for justice. He wanted to be a man and surpass his father.

Deke had a burning passion for his path. Edward and himself would use sticks and practice fighting, acting as if they were real blades of steel. As the days went by, they both advanced. By the time they both reached an age of 9, they scared their parents when they came home bruised and covered in dirt, but smiling. They yell and laughed as they told how they went into the forest and attempted to fight one of the green blobs that patrolled the night. But that peaceful childhood was about to be to be shattered like glass.

It was a hot summer's night. Not a sound was heard, for long... The quite night had been disturbed by the agonizing scream of a woman and the loud crackle of fire. The village was being attack! But it was no simple invasion for another race or a group of bandits. It was the Undead. The minions of Ibleeses! The dirty roads had soon been turned into rivers of blood. Screams of children and woman filled the night. Deke and his father had been awakened. His father peered outside and saw the fire engulfing the village. He was shocked to she the peaceful village being turned into a battlefield. Then Edward rushed into Deke's house. Tears filled his eyes. He ran towards Deke's father and began crying on his shirt. Deke, peeking into the room, scared at the sounds that filled the night now. He listened to his friend tell his story. He continued to cry and said that his father had been killed right in front of his eyes. The beings in robes just slashed at his body even when it was clearly dead and spit on the corpse. His crying and sobbing had been cut off by the sound of the door being kicked down. It was THEM. Deke, terrorized, leaped into his father's room and hid inside of a chest-plate of armor that was supposed to be sent to an Orc. It was extremely large. Big enough for the small boy to fit in. He heard the sound of his father, yelling in pain. And then it stop. Shorty, screams filled the house once more. This time it wasn’t his father's voice. It was Edward's. Tears rolled down his cheeks. He held is tongue. Aware of the fate he would meet if he had been found. Just like his father's yells. It stopped shorty. But instead of hearing screams, he began to heard voices. “Wow Ghost, that was pathetic! There's apparently an blacksmith forge in the village, and it even had swords in it but they haven't even put up a fight! They're just like cattle! They should have at least put up a fight! I saw a nice blonde elf running before. I think I'll 'indulge' myself with her. Care to join me Ghost?” ”Not now boy. I'd prefer to finish off the rest of these insects. But he sure to save a woman for me. At least they have some purpose unlike these sacks of flesh...” He had then heard a loud thud echo through the house. Followed by a loud and slow cracking sound. Tears still rolled down his eyes. Everything he held dear to himself had fell apart in-front of him, right before him.

A week had past since that dreaded indecent. He along with the other hand-full of survivors headed for the city of Alras. Deke knew that his father had a brother that lived there. He soon met his uncle and told him the news about his brother. Shocked at his brother's death, he offered Deke to live with him. Deke at first stayed quiet of the first month he ad stayed at his uncle's home. But he then resumed his 'training.' After seeing the Undead destroy his village. He wanted to be a knight more then ever now. Not just for himself. But for Edward and his father as well. This had pleased his uncle. He knew he would be a respected and strong knight. But that night had changed Deke. He would often get into fist fights with the other children in the neighborhood. His uncle would always lecture him on his fights. “How can you expect to be a knight if you get into meaningless fights without?!”

As time passed on, Deke practiced his swordsmanship and eventually practiced wielding a bow and arrow. But the time he as 18, he had became a strong grown man. But he realized how knights truly were. They were almost servants to their lords. They were forced to do whatever they were ordered to do. To Deke, this was an unnecessary restriction. To his uncle's shock, Deke decided to became a bounty hunter. This way, he wouldn't be limited by orders. He could accept or decline what ever job he chose. To him, this was an appropriate path for him. He won't have to worry about any restraints.
