Dang. Why does all the epic stuff happen when I can't be there? Have to go to my girlfriends choir concert Sunday...... Oh well! Good luck Gabriel! And seriously guys. It was stated that only 5% was going to be combat and the other 95% actual RP and city structures. Gabriel knows what she/he is doing. Just a small segment with a battle won't draw in a bunch of lazy PvPers.

Well to be honest the other 95% does include some other combat scenes :P

You can't really just OOCly hand over land to someone.
If someone wants land then they have to actually RPly control and maintain it.

I would say that the malinor lands aren't controlled by anyone at present.

I believe the region is going to be made freebuild once new malinor has been returned to nature.

Darius steps out of his wool production area and takes a whiff of that crisp natural air. He proceeds to his Bastion to deposit goods.

I think it would he a lot cooler if the battle that is recorded had some meaning, not some battle that has no effect in RP

A few pages back I explained why I didn't want to do a battle that had RP meaning.

Were one to walk through the quiet streets of the now abandoned New Malinor they would hear the sounds of birds singing and frogs croaking. Vines have begun to weave their way up the walls of the buildings which now begin to crumble and fall down.

The city's return to nature has begun.

((Just a quick update, if you have anything left in chests in New Malinor that you wish to retrieve then now is the time, in a day or two it will be getting dismantled and returned to nature, minus some ruins that will be left behind.))
