  7. The Village of Greywater Everything but the letter is OOC. What the letter says: Village information: The village of Greywater was thought up to create a homely village off the outskirts of Fort Boot and to create a village that would be very active that would create an atmosphere that is meant to be in every settlement. The settlement would be run by me, and if I am away for some reason, my adviser. Village System: The type of economy it shall have is the feudal system. If you are unfamiliar with this, then hear is an explanation. There would be one 'lord' of the village with a manor in it, then his adviser, then the guards, then the cooks and farmers. Village Ranking: The lord of the Village: Me, Erethorn Rosby. Adviser: To be claimed. Knight of the village ((If possible)). To be claimed. Cook: To be claimed. Farmer/s: To be claimed. Housing architecture: A version of the smaller houses: A version of a larger house The houses would be of a typical peasant hovel, apart from the manor house, which is yet to be created. Other notes: I shall be using the plot of land I obtained when I purchased Diamond VIP. Future developments of the village: I wish to create this village maybe into the town of Eloria with I ever become a Baron, which I probably won't. The reason why I created this charter was because I wanted a place to develop my role play skills with my friends, and a place protected from monsters, a safe home for me, but near a grand city where we can buy supplies easily. Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Yes. Do you promise to abide by said rules, and laws? This includes the Server, Forum, and Teamspeak set Rules: Yes. How did you hear about us?: A couple of my friends play and recommended the server to me(huggy100, jspencer10 and idioticozzy). Character Name: Gar'lohk Have you voted for the Lord of the Craft on Minestatus? Which vote number were you?: I have voted for lord of the craft on minestatus, however ;it was a while ago and can no longer remember which vote number I was. What Race are you?: Orc What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): When he was a child Gar'lohk's village was attacked by a group of orc raiders. His father was a great warrior who died in battle and after the raid he could find no trace of his mother. He survived only thanks to his instincts, he then ran off into a great dense forest with some other people from the village but was the only one who decided not to travel to neighbouring villages and seek aid. He managed to survive for 2 months but then food became scarce, on the brink of starvation he found and befriended a group of travelling humans. He travelled with then until he was 17- he then went on and lived in the woods. He is currently 24 years old and has moved out to explore the world. Living in the woods has given him a good understanding of nature. He travels around with a red cloak- a gift from the human travellers. His lifelong goals are to get revenge on the orcs that raided his village when he was younger and unite the land under one ruler. living in the woods has made him a quite person with sharp hearing. He also has a good understanding of humans and has a strong build. My character is the type of person who would give up his life to do the right thing. He believes in diplomacy but still loves a good fight. He is confident whilst talking among other races but shy among his own because he thinks that he let his race down by having to be looked after by another race and not helping his people seek aid for his hometown. What is your Character's ambitions?: My characters ambitions are to get revenge on the orcs who raided his village and unite the land under one ruler. What is your character’s favorite tool?: My characters chosen tool is a sword. What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?: He has sharp hearing, has a strong build and is determined to achieve his goals. A screenshot of your skin (must be in proper format): Other Information about your Character: My character is the silent type of person who tries to avoid making the wrong decision and does not give out information very easily. He fancies himself as a bit of a spy. Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?: My character responds by coming up and asking the warriors what they are doing to the halfling. If they respond in a hostile manner I attempt to resolve the problem by trying to persuade them not to, if this fails I turn to violence and try to overpower the warriors by charging at them, hoping to catch one by surprise, then I focus on one of them and move on to the second one and tell the Halfling to run whilst I fend the last warrior off. Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?": In this situation my character browses the merchants wares with caution, if there was anything that interested him he tries to negotiate and lower the price of the item he wants. If nothing interested him he simply replies 'nothing' and turns and walks away. Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: My character searches the hut to see if there is any information on the people who live/lived there; if he finds evidence that the inhabitants were killed or ran off he takes the loot and leave with caution. If he found no evidence of the people who lived in the hut he waits for a while and if no one comes after a while he takes the loot and leave, if they did return he starts to question them about the items and ask why the place seems to look abandoned. Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?: I respond by first asking if I could trade any of my supplies for food and water if I then try and persuade them to take me to a familiar location. If these failed I turn to thievery and take some food and a map and try to make my way home. You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: My character gratefully offers help and ask if they needed a spy to do some work for them, if they do not he offers to help them fight them off.
