In-Character Details Character Name:Lydin Character Race: Elf Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary: Lydin grew up as an orphan on the streets Arethor.His mother had died during child birth and his father,a soilder, had massive gambling debts from his time on the streets.When his wife died he blamed his son for her death and sold him off to pay his debts and to punish him for killing his beloved.He passed from person to person before coming into the possestion of a man named Galman. Galman was a salve trader whose whole buisness was built ,literally, on the backs of men and women given to him. He was harsh, and showed his crulity to Lydin with every whipping and insult he gave.One day as Lydin walked the streets delivering messages he saw a fire raging in the house Galman and his followers lived.Lydin ran in and tried to save some of his friends over the past few years of his "service".Taking stairs down two at a time to the slave quarter in the basement he came on a horrible sight. They slave were locked in there rooms banging on doors and a few steps away lay Galman under rubble.He sat up and said to Lydin,"Save me boy! Come and free me and I grant your freedom."Lydin knew he would keep his word, he always did that was the one thing he did right.The fire blazed and he knew he had to choose.Galman,freedom or the slaves, his morality.He stared at Galman,he would never stop.He will repeat this over and over slave after slave.Lydin heared the screams of burning men and women, but Lydin just turned and left them to their fates. The memory haunted him for the rest of his life. Every time he faced death he saw the memory in vivid detail.Now was one of those times, an armored drow stood over him with an un readable look.Earlier that day he had started as always, he begged some bread from the bakery in Normandor then climbed a tree and looked of in the direction of Arethor and his past,of the people he may have saved.He sat there for a few hours then packed his tools and supplies together and set off,weaving in and out of the adventures that transversed the city. He begged money and various other supplies from the strangers and local shopkeepers.He saw two men in armor walking the streets heading away from Normandor.Looking important,with large pouches and decorated swords.Imagining the treasures he could recive he followed them.He followed for a few minutes until the men stopped.As they moved into a chrowded tavern Lydin thought the venture wouldn't be worth it.The memory of the riches the man carried came to mind and he plunged right in.He regreted the action right before the first cahir flew his way.The tavern was in an uproar with men fighting all around,some with weapons.At the center the armored men stood swords and ales in hand as they fought back to back against clearly drunken opponets.They enjoyed themselves as they sparred with the drunks not trying to kill just having fun. The other men seemed less than excited,his brow gleamed with sweat and he fought to win.The armored men would seem to tire the others out until one tripped up on a fallen brawler and started head first for the ground. His friend tried desperatly to save him,but the drunken man was clearly going to connect.Without thinking,Lydin grabbed a mug and through hard at the drunken fighter.THe sword was inches from the armored man when the mug hit the blade and sent it wide.The armored mans companion cut his opponet on the chest and pushed him back,then ran and tackled the dumbfound drunk from his friend.After shouldering the his shooken camrade he came to the door were Lydin stood. "Well what do we have here Naeyni?"said the elf on the left with a sword drawn.The other,a drow,looked up smiling. "Looks like a poor boy Alderan." The man,Alderan, laughed "Thanks for saving out arses kid."The drow ,Naeyni,looks at him.It took awhile ,but they got away andfound empty benches far from the tavern and its restless crowd.The drow looked at the boy and asked him who he was after sayinghe was an orphan the drow asked him about his life. After a while and with the drow's persistance Lydin told him about his life and how he had nowere to go.The drow nodded and smiled. "How would you like to come with me boy?" The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response?Lydin moves up to the the old dwarf and asks him how his business gose as he studies his wares."Not so good me lad,the largar shops they're running me out of buisness!"He dramatically throughs his hands in the air and sweeps them before him,pointing to the larger and more reputable shops."Is there anyway I could help?" Lydin asks.The dwarf things this over and smiles.Their was a caravan headed here,due today loaded with riches, unfortunately damn orcs took it over and have it in their camp about 20 miles from here.If you reclaim it I will have the best wares in town!"Lydin nods and sets off at once without another word,surprising the guards he had just asked to let him in.Over the rest of the day he tramps through the rugged landscape till he comes upon the orcs camp.At least a score lay around with there crude weapons close as they fight over a wagon covered in their spoils.Lydin bides his time and rests from his run.Near night he moves into the camp of the orcs just out of sight of their sentries' fire light.Lydin nearly laughed as he remembered a similar event when he crept into his adopted father's camp those many years ago.In his memories he forgot to watch his step and snapped a twig under foot alerting the orcs near by.With a silent curse he ran to the wagon as the orcs cried in alarm.He reached the wagons and slapped his hand hard on the sleeping pull horse attached to the harness.The horse reared and went darting away, with Lydin with a tentative hold on the side of the wagon.Lydin climbed in and took the reins and pushed the horse on.Behind him orcs on horse pursued him right behind him.For the next few hours and long into the night Lydin tried to keep them off his trail.Soon exhausted and sore he came into Arethor.After handing the wagon's reins to the stunned dwarf Lydin went to his small tavern room and collapsed. You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do?Lydin steps forth and pushes the large orc from the dwarf.After a few moments looking him in the eye he talks, "Good orc,it dose not seem a wise move to threaten anyone within the walls of the cloud temple."The orc snickers and moves to push him aside, "I follow my own rules elf,no one bosses Grukor!" As the orc begins to move him aside he grabs the orcs wrist and turns him away from the dwarf."You will not harm anyone in the Cloud Temple, unless you think you can escape the consequences good orc."Lydin stressed the word onto the orc and gave him the best stare he could.Grukor looked stunned at the display and snarled."Puny elf what you gonna do to me?" Lydin motions subtly to the dwarf and points to the monk."Will do not need to fight,you can continue on your travels and we on ours in peace."Grukor seems about to argue till he sees the monk looking at him with the dwarf beside him.He snarls and whispers to Lydin,"Another time elf."With one final look at the dwarf he walks swiftly away. Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenceless man. What does your character do?:Lydin stare at the coins longingly,but in the end moves and picks the man up by his arm.He looks to the man and asks him were he is off to."I am just traveling to the inn up their to meet my granddaughter."The man sounds weak and is clearly going to have a hard time walking on his own,Lydin grabs the man firmly and move at a slow pace up a small incline to an old and well worn inn.The man seems to grow weaker with each step and near the path to the inn collapses."I will not make it I am afraid,you must deliver these to my granddaughter." He hands over his minas and looks at Lydin with eyes full of hope.How easy it would be to leave the man and take the money! Lydin saw it was wrong and with a nod moved to the inn and found the girl and explained the situation while handing over the minas.She took them then rushed out to her dyeing grandfather.Lydin walked out and carried on his way.

As a child, He lived with a group of Nomadic people, Who seemed to be almost unheard of. Food was scarce, But Cole received his training with weapons at a young age. He was one with Nature, and hoped to pursue his Druidic heritage. Though he could not do so, as the final days of Aegis ensued. Her mother, Iris, was a kind Dwarf to. She preferred the higher qualities of life, yet worked fierily for them. Her mother gradually got too greedy however, and ended her life after becoming bankrupt. In her earlier life, around the age of five, Idriel enjoyed practicing with the bow and arrow, though not with anything dangerous, her father wouldn’t allow it. At the age of six, the final days of Aegis dawned. A worried Ghali had to rush his daughter Idriel to the docks in which rested grand vessels of unknown capacity. These vessels are a miracle before anybodies eyes. The halfling is panicking and shouts to Althos. As he does so, Althos becomes wary of her surroundings, and runs to the warriors, his arms behind her as he does so. He was born in a family of three older sisters and his parents. He lived a great life and his father was a wealthy man. When he was eleven his mother drowned in a river just outside of the city he lived in, Bul'Morgan. From this day forward, he is terrified of big open water. When he was 15, a great war began. He and the remains of his family fled by boat to Aegis, and all of his three sisters died on the journey. He was 17 when he arrived to Aegis, and both his father and himself was very tired and just outside Kal'Urguan they where ambushed by a couple spiders. His father was killed in the attack and Kilir got a big scar over the left side of his face. This is how his second phobia was created. Spiders, he cant stand them.
