    I've known Burke for quite a long time now and I honestly have to say he is an integral part of the community and for sure one of the positives. He knows how to provide quality role play and when/where certain rp is appropriate. So far he has also done a great job at leading whether it be with the Shamans or as Rex. I think with his leadership and organization abilities he would make an outstanding addition to the Event Team. I give my full support. Go get em champ. +1

    - Who and What is the Job of the Lances -
    The Lances are men and women of Oren who wish to gain strength and knowledge and serve their nation. They are considered the Militia of the Knights of Oren, they serve under the knight order and fight alongside of them. Men of all ages can join the guild, along with those that are strong and weak. A Lance will be taught and trained with talents that will help them the rest of their lives. The Lances will serve under the Knights of Oren, under their command. The Lances main job is to protect Oren’s peace and complete the work given to them which will also go forward towards the goal placed. They serve under the Knight Captain of the Red Dragon and will usually be partaking in work that pertains to his commands and wishes. Some basic jobs might include; patrols, hunting, criminals building, gathering, farming, and many more. Men at arms and Lances of Oren have served and will continue to sever the throne and Oren for many generations to come.

    - Ranks of the Oren Lances -
    [All Knights of the Red Dragon Chapter ultimately have command over any and all of the Lances of Oren.]

    Knight Captain
    Is the leader of the Red Dragon Chapter as well as the Oren Lances by default. He makes the major decisions regarding the Lances and is a legendary fighter with lots of experience. His job is to run the Chapter and provide his experience to all those below him.

    Knight Sergeant
    Is a Knight from the Red Dragon Chapter who is in charge of organizing and leading the Lances in absence of the Knight Captain. He has been tested for skill in arms and leadership, he is tasked with training, disciplining, recruiting and maintaining the Conscripts of the Oren Lances.

    Master At Arms
    Is a highly qualified Man At Arms that has been tested for skill in arms and leadership, he is tasked with training, disciplining, recruiting and maintaining the Conscripts of the Oren Lances.

    Man At Arms
    Is professional warrior in the sense of being well-trained in the use of arms, who serves as a fully armored heavy cavalryman, or heavy infantrymen, a Knight may take one Man At Arms to be at his side, If a man At Arms does not have a Knight to accompany, the Man At Arms will be assigned to a Nobleman. 

    Lance
    Is a man that has been promoted from a conscript he has basic knowledge of arms, and is well disciplined, a lance is to be acquired by a Knight and attend to him learn from him guard him and fight beside him.

    Conscript
    These are new men that have joined the Oren Lances, either they lack skills or discipline and need to be trained until they are qualified to attain the rank of Lance and attend to a Knight.

    -Protect the Emperor at all costs and whenever he may need an escort.
    -Help keep order within the lands of Oren.
    -Assist the Knights of the Red Dragon in all wars and skirmishes.

    Kipp's At App

    I've known Kipples for quite some time now and as an Ex-Application Team member I believe he definitely has what it takes to be a great addition to the team. To be honest, it doesn't matter how the person acts OOCly or how great his RP is in-game, and yet after countless times RPing and interacting with Kipp i've come to enjoy his presence and roleplay (given everyone feels different.) All it takes to be a good AT member is a good work ethic, an understanding of LotC and its lore, and being able to spot the type of player that will contribute to the community of LotC. With that said I believe Kipp has all those qualities necessary to do the job efficiently and effectively. He has held countless responsibilities in-game and has also proven at that level how capable and hard working he can be. In the end, I wholeheartedly support his application for the AT and think he'd be an awesome fit. +1
