Waldermar's father constantly urged him to go to the training grounds in his youth where he was taught how to wield a sword and use a bow. Overtime his skills with both became increasingly better and proved it by beating nearly anyone in duel and he started looking into techniques that were passed down by his family to improve his skills even further. His father became his mentor and also became most reliable person he ever knew. By the age of 21 he began delve into mercenary work with his father with whom he went on missions with. The two brought tales of combat, espionage, skulduggery, and even charging in head first into huge conflicts between rivaling nations. However it was on these adventures when he lost his father. At age 26 Waldermar's father received a mission to assassinate a dwarven noble, this was a mission Waldermar's father had to do on his own. Upon looking to assassinate the target he was spotted out by guards and was executed. Upon hearing the news of his father's death Waldermar weeped for three weeks knowing he lost the most reliable person in his life. Three weeks later, his mother encouraged him to reevaluate himself and go back to mercenary work. Upon doing so he retained his fighting techniques and went into mercenary work once more. Six years later Waldermar grew tired of the work that was given claiming it was too easy and he looked to a career of a professional soldier that is part of an army with a purpose of conquest. More and more Waldermar looked to tactics used in siege and skirmishes by leaders in Anthos. Waldermar now looks to join an army and work his way up to a dream of conquest to immortalize a family name that could be What are they like (personality)?: - Waldermar has a love for battle as part of the mercenaries of human armies, he looks to adopt combat styles to get an edge on hise nemies. He refuses to use magic and they believe magic is for old men who have never seen true combat. What are their ambitions?: - Waldermar looks to join in Anthos's ongoing wars and he looks to help unite human nations in the face of races who are more united compared to the human race. Do they have any special skills?: - Through the rough training with a sword and bow in his youth Waldermar maintains a great combat skill using self-disciplined techniques of the sword to slash away at his enemies and if they don't reach his sword his marksman skills are notceable to use from a distance. Despite having to live on his own for awhile he taught himself to read and write. What are their weaknesses?: - Despite years of combat Waldermar has a fear of death and he fears of what grim fate he might also await him should he fall victim to the sword, however he fears and trembles before the souls of the dead that he see's in his dreams.
