Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself:I'm a teenage boy who looks for escape. I'm not extremely popular, attractive, or strong. So high school isn't the best, I roleplay when I'm at home and not out with friends or at school to escape the boring every day life of a teen. I've been playing a lot of PC games for a while now, it's basically my hobby. How much time could you be on the server weekly?: 30+ minutes a day usually, but my life is pretty unpredictable and things may come up. What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplay is a way to get out of the boredom of every day life, to a place much more simple or complex is some cases. To go on adventure and be who you want to be. What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I've RPed for about two years now, I started out with Forums then progressed into World of Warcraft where I did a lot of RP. In-Character: Character Name:Dach Sunleaf What Race are you?:Human What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race):None. Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): (Sorry if it's a bit vague, I'm still a bit confused on towns and Kingdoms.) Dach was born to a small farm family south of the Cloud Temple, his family was quite peaceful and could be considered the Quakers of that time. They lived within a small farm community, which was untouched by the outside world. The community had little contact with Humans, Orcs, Elves, and Dwarves outside of the town. The town relied on each other making the economy quite prosperous. Dach grew up an ordinary farm child, he assisted his mother, father, and 3 older brothers when his hand was needed. When Dach wasn't helping he was off in the forest, playing with the other children. The kids of the town were quite rebellious and most did not favor the life of a farmer. The children played battles with wooden swords and shields, the peaceful farm village was an ideal place to live. Until tragedy struck! Bandits began terrorizing the town when Dach was 13, goods were demanded every day. Women and children were often taken as slaves, while the men were forced to join the bandit army or be killed. The town was terrorized until Dach turned age 15, when a group of young people escaped a massacre that to this day gives Dach chills. One afternoon the bandits came, their usual time of course. No one thought this to be odd, until the lined the entire town up. They made half of the town's men including Dach's father and older brother, line up against a building. They were all shot with arrows, while the other horrified citizens were forced to watch. Dach's rage built up, he could not stand this any longer and he knew none of the other kids could either. He stood at the end of the line, next to a horseman with a sword. Dach unsheathed the sword and stabbed the horseman in the leg. He cried out in pain, and his horse went down soon when Dach struck it with the sword in the neck. This provided an excellent distraction, the citizens ran away from the square. Many were hunted down and killed but Dach and a few others his age escaped. They ran into the woods, all of them alone. Dach met up with four others. The five of them ran back to town after the bandit attack, grabbed supplies and left. These five children were later rounded up and forced to join the bandits. Dach was wise, and went with them unlike one of their group who declined and had his legs broken then left to rot in the woods. Two years later Dach is 17, he has escaped the bandits and fled to the Temple seeking a new life. Dach stands a tall 6 foot, his dark black hair usually covers his ears, and forehead. Dach's personality has changed drastically over the years of his life, it has changed mostly due to his capture and bandit life later in his years. He tried to do his best with things, he was raised to believe that good things come to those who work hard and he still believes it. He is a good person overall though despite his past, he will do anything for those in need or trouble even if it means putting his life on the line. What is your Character's ambitions?:To create a new life for himself, and to avenge his family. What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):When Dach was taken by the bandits he became skilled with a bow, and it soon became his favorite weapon. What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Climbing and running, he is quite fit. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? Dach hides behind a tree, his time with the bandits has given him the mind of a vigilante. After his town was harassed and slaughtered, he will not stand by whilst and innocent is being attacked. He draws his bow, and swiftly kills the two men. Leaving no trace behind but the arrows in the dead men's bodies. Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Dach politely asks: "I have come to Alras seeking opportunity, do you have a job opening?" Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: Dach leaves it, those are some ones. Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? By asking for food and water before explaining Dach's situation. You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: He goes with them, hoping they could be the bandits who killed his family so he may get revenge.
