Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I love playing minecraft and playing on medieval servers. I love medieval times and love medieval games and servers with this time period. I also love role-playing elves and different races.
How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I would play whenever I was free and had time to spare.
What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Role-playing to me means that you act how the character you want to be would act and you do things you think that your character would do.
What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:I have played on a few servers that went with the idea of roleplaying.
In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta-gaming is taking information from out of game and using it as an advantage. If you don't know other players you could look at their nameplate, but they don't have them I guess.
In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: Power-gaming is making your character way over powered where he does loads of damage and takes hardly any damage. For example: George is chasing Bill and whenever he catches Bill, Bill uses Role-playing saying that he escapes every time George catches him.
What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect this server to be fun and awesome with a new experience to minecraft.
What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have played on other multiplayer servers such as massive craft with factions, but I left cause there was no action and it was so boring.

Character Name: Landen Cilaran
What Race are you?: Elf
What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): Wood-Elf
Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): When Landen was a little boy, he lived in the woods with his family in the land of Aegis. His father kept on ignoring the pleas from the other elves to help in the war and he and his family lived peacefully. The Orc's became angry that some elves would not help come fight in the war so they attacked the cabin. Landen's father was an outstanding warrior and he fought all of the Orc's off. A stray arrow flew from one of the Orc's bow and hit Landen's mother and killed her. All of the Orc's then knew that they had hurt the man they were after and they began coming towards Landen to kill him as well. Landen's father picked him up and fled the room and ran all the way to the docks where a boat was leaving for the new land called Asulon. The two of them arrived in Asulon and built a new home even more hidden then the last one and was not seen until Landen became old enough to leave. Landen left to go join the rangers and he promised to visit his father often.
Landen is a kind Elf who will help those in need and protect those who are weak. He will not take what is not by right his and he hardly agrees to take rewards from those that he has helped. Landen is a tall elf always with a bow on his back and he has a leather tunic with leather shorts. He also has green linen sewed in around his leather jacket and he has a green hood around his head to help him blend in in the wilderness.
What are your Character's ambitions?: Landen’s ambition is to rise up high into the ranks of the rangers of the forest.
What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): Landen’s favorite tool is a bow which he uses to kill animals for food as well as enemies.
What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Landen’s most skilled talent is in archery as well as being a hunter.

Open-Response-Questions
Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? My character walks up to them and asks them what they are doing. The two men think that its their lucky day and they move to try and rob Landen. Landen draws his bow and hits one of the armed warriors in the arm telling them to back off. The armed warriors just keep on getting closer so the next arrow is shot and hits the other warrior in the neck where there is little armor and the warrior falls to the ground with a groan and does not move. The other warrior seeing his companion dead flees and runs into the surrounding woodlands. Landen lets the warrior go and goes to the halfling and asks if he needs anything. The halfling thanks him and Landen goes on his way.
Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Landen talks with the shops keeper asking him many questions such as if he has seen any bandits or men doing things against the law. The shopkeeper says no and turns the subject back to what his shop has. Landen is friendly and does not want to offend the shopkeeper so he takes time to go through all of the traders items and asks what the cost is. Landen tells him that some of his items are very valuable and that he might return and buy some. The merchant is excited for he has had little business and he needs a few more silver to pay off his rent for the stall. The merchant asks, “Could you buy something now because I need to pay the rent tomorrow and I’m a few silvers off?” Landen replies by giving the merchant five silver and saying, “It’s a gift from me to you and I ask nothing in return.” After he states that, Landen walks out of the town back into the woods.
Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: Landen looks and searches around to see if this is a bandits camp and he discovers that it is not so he tries to discover what has happened and where the inhabitants have gone. Landen spots the chest and walks over to investigate. He picks up the precious items and sees nothing unusual about them so he puts them back in the chest and he searches around the house for an answer. Landen would never take what is not his so he neglects the thought of taking the items. He continues to search and he finds a hidden lever. Landen pulls on the lever and a hidden door opens in the ground. The hole is lit up and he sees a family of humans staring up at him with wide eyes. Landen extends his arm and helps the father out of the house and tells the family he will do no harm. The family come out and prepare a meal. Landen stays for dinner with his new friends and then after eating thanks them and leaves disappearing into the night.
Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? Landen enters the town and goes straight to a trader and trades food for skins as well as wool. He talks with the trader for a while and learns of all that the trading camp is going through. The trader and Landen quickly become friends and the trader invites him to stay with him that night. Landen refuses and says that he must be on his way back to his home. The trader sighs his disapproval, but does not argue with his new friend and he gives him free food for the rest of his journey. Landen tries to pay the trader, but the trader won’t take any money from him. Landen packs up and says goodbye to his new friend and walks out. The next morning the trader wakes up and finds three silver in his pocket with a letter from Landen saying, “Here is the money I owe, please take it because I don’t want to give you more.”
You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: Landen hears the bad news and meets with the leader and the guards. He tells them to stay at the town and make sure no guards sneak in while he goes to take them out. Landen picks up his equipment and runs out of the door and out of the town gate. He turns right into the woods on the right side of the road and continues under cover of the trees and foliage. Landen reaches the bandits camp and sees only a few men keeping watch and one of those men are asleep. With deadly accuracy and stealth a silent arrow flies through the air and hits the awake man in the throat, killing him immediately. Landen quickly and quietly walks up to the man sleeping and slits the bandits throat. He then quietly crawls up to the bandits camp and hides behind a tent. The bandits are all gathered around a campfire drunk and laughing. Landen suddenly steps out into the light and all of the bandits expressions suddenly change to being surprised and then to joy. A couple of the bandits pick up their weapons and try to attack this intruder, but they fall to the ground because of their drunkenness. Landen does not hesitate and he puts two arrows into the bandit’s necks. The other bandits are now in frenzy. Some of the bandits charge this mysterious archer while the other flee into the woods. Landen disposed of the bandits attacking him and then he burns all of the bandits supplies and tents. Once that task is completed Landen returns to the waiting guards and leader and he recites to them what had happened. The leader hands Landen the promised reward, but Landen puts it back into his hand saying, “ It was my pleasure and I ask for nothing in return.” Then he walks out and goes to his house in the woods.
