Still in need of a meat supplier and dealers. Dear patrons of Axios, I am in need of supplies and workers for my tavern. Supplies wise, I need any edible plant (alchemy), farm harvest, or meat from an animal. As for the workers, you can apply to be any of the following: A waiter (3 needed) Figure out what the patrons want to order, handing it over to the cooks, and bringing food to the table. A cook (2 needed) Self explanatory, cook all the food for the tavern. A bartender (1 needed, alch skill required) Mix and concoct various drinks for the guests A dealer (4 needed) A dealer sits at a table, hosting a card game for the patrons who join. Must be a good gambler, and have their own game (must be a /roll game, or something simple) If you would like to apply to be a supplier or worker, please fill out the attached form and send it to me, Shortee Vondar (or post here). Payments will be discussed after the first week of opening. It is more rigorous and tedious, as the Monk Order is now narrowing down to those only dedicated to being a Monk, as the training is also tedious. To get the application you must speak to an Elder Monk via RP (if you find a regular Monk tell them to poke an Elder to come online). We will only be accepting a few people at a time. We will be currently working with the Monks who have joined now, making sure each get their fair share of attention. Again, I am sorry to those who wish to join now, though ye may make yer application still, it will be on hold, but be first looked at when we re-open them. THE MONKS OF THE CLOUD TEMPLE FORUM POST HAS BEEN UPDATED! Scroll magic is on hold until further notice. It has caused too many problems, confusion, and loss of time to be used at the moment. A Monk Activity check was performed, Inactive Monks have been removed from the roster. The spells Soul Blueprint and Soul History have been edited slightly to be more descriptive, as it seemed both were the same spell (but they weren't) Changed the font style of the Forum Post. The Profession System in the Monk Order has been changed slightly to be more clear. You can choose more than one skill to perform around the Temple, though your character's Main Skill RPly (not mechanically) is what we look at when searching for a Monk of the needed skill. Monk Teacher has been removed. You now gain Elder Monk via being chosen by the Monk Order, and then the Triumvirate (just like when you first join the Monk Order). The Monk Application has been edited, removing Scroll Magic as a selection as a way to perform Monk Magic Edited 'Types of monk Magic' to 'Ways to Perform Monk Magic', as it seems people were getting confused. Monk Magic works off the soul's blueprints. Using Soul or Alchemical Monk Magic is just how you perform healing the soul's blueprints (i.e. using a prayer or enhanced potion), they were not Subtypes of Monk Magic. Added a Note to the Skills section (Note 3: ...) and to the 'Wanting to be a Monk?' section (P.S. ...) The Monk Roster was also updated! Some Monks have moved up in the ranks~ Edited the Elder Monk section, as there will now be 2 Monks for each way to perform Monk Magic, and possibly more if felt needed. Added a New Monk Rule. OOCly, if a monk excessively shows Trolling or bad, immature behavior he/she can be removed from the Monks if seen fit by the rest of the Order. Important!: You may have also noticed a new building in the CT, and some buildings removed. The new building is the Grand Library, holding everything the Monks need, in short. Rooms, Library, Study hall, Workstations, and the like. Important!: After performing the Monk Activity check, it seems Events in the Cloud Temple was popular in demand, so be looking out for those in the future, as we want to make events both for the Monks, and everyone too!
