I was born in a place unknown to everyone, on border of the realm of Asulon, an unknown place and a place that I have memories from but don't quite remember the name. I do remember I was raised under the religion of the Holy Oren Empire. The other regions are all abandoned now, alone. No one lives there. My only hope is to come back and live here in Asulon. My backstory is as a lad, about 10 years old I lived in a small village on a farm. it was fairly close to some lakes and rivers, maybe related to Lakemere. My father would teach my cousin and I some sword-fighting skills. Pretty much my cousin would get the girls, I would get the fights. After a year of fun, some bandits burnt it down, bandits in black armor. We were trying to save it but it was useless. At age 16 I was moving into a new village. I quickly joined the local milita, willing to upgrade my fighting skills. We needed to forge our swords and then use them. After a year or two, I was already a Squadrone Leader. My duty was to lead my squadrone into a specific postion so they could ambush people or just join the rest of the group. Until a savage clan of humans came rushing in and destroyed the whole city. Nothing was left, just rubble. It was all taken over. They took me captive and they taught me sword-fighting skills and a bit more smithing. I was surprised they didn't kill me. They told me they destroyed the city because it was based on a specific race of humans. They were from the south east, they disliked our ways of doing things and they thought we would take over them. I slash at his legs as he slams his sword into my breastplate. It cuts my chest a little bit, it making a small opening and cutting me. I put my hand over my wound as I look at him and I slash at his hand and attempt to disarm him. I kick his sword down but he punches my helmet and I get stunned, but his hand cracks afterwards. The guards come and charge at him as they hack and slash at the final man. They take me to the clinic and as they hand me the pouch I say. "It was for honor and glory...." This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): I am Saviik Blanco of Arethor. I am 25. I have scars on my forehead, and cheeks, a small one next to my eye and lots on my arms. I have brown hair, green eyes and tan skin. I am Strong, wise, and friendly, vicious if i need to be. My backstory is as a lad i lived in a small village in a land named Soraphane. I was a farmer, but everyday my father would teach me skills in the art of sword-fighting. I had a cousin and we would always go around the neighborhood and fight the kids about our age or even older. He would always get the girls and i would always get the fighting. After a year of fun some bandits came and burnt down our whole village. At age 16 i already moved into a new city. I was already part of the militia of the country, there was almost nobody in there. After a few years i flew up the ranks of it and finally became a commander of a squad at age 18. My duty was to lead everyone in my squad into different positions in the wars. After a great deal of time i needed to leave the place but it was still greatly in my heart. Now at age 25 i am looking to be the best i could be. I travel around, looking to learn trades of diffferent regions. Now i ended up here and i am looking forward to learn the trade of the many people that inhabit this land! Open-Response-Questions Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? I throw a pouch into a bush, them going towards it. I then go behind on of them and grab his throat, attempting to slit it. The other one rushes at my and i put my leg out, tripping him. I the take the man's helmet off and start fighting him. I slash at his arm but then he backs off and stabds my arm. I the lunge towards him and stab his stomach and kick him towards his ally. I then retrieve my sword quickly and wait for the other one to get up. I duck at his swing and i kick his stomach. he then charges at me and slashes my face. Blood goes down my cheek. I then ram into him and tackle him down. I then punch him and leave him there. As he gets up i attempt to kick his face and he grabs my leg and kicks my other leg. I fall down. The halfling jumps on the man as i recover and take the man's helmet off and punch him. As i get recovered the halfling jumps off and i slash at his legs as he still hits me everywhere. I finally lunge at him but he catches me. He pushes me off and kick my face. I lay on the ground, tired but really hurt. He continues harrasing the halfling but i charge at him and tackle him while he isn't looking. I attempt to kill him but he grabs my hand. With he other i cut his chest open, leaving him there. If they don't get help, they will die! I fall down, exhausted and badly hurt. The halfling picks up his pouch and leaves. At dusk some guards come and pick me up while they are patrolling for the last time. I lay down at my house and fall asleep as soon as i hit the pillow. Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? I ask if he has some food and maybe spices, weapons, armor, ingots, furs and maybe water canteens, if not i simply reply and walk away. Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: I open the chest and take the items. I forge a sword and i keep the weapons, it must've been my lucky day! Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? I talk to them and try to make an acquaintance quickly so that i could have food and shelter for the night. I trade with them for furs, ingots and armor. I make them all dinner as cooking is one of my hobbies. They smile and let me stay for the night. You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: I join them and go to the camp, we go and attack them as we attempt to kill them in their sleep. We all go at once, stabbing them. A few more wake up and start charging at us. They tackle us down but we keep our swords infront of us. We push our swords against them but its too hard. Other guards come and help me out and we try to kill the last ones. Blood shed went everywhere, guards falling, bandits crying. I then go against the last one as the guards deal with the other ones. I slash at his legs as he slams his sword into my breastplate, it cuts my chest a bit, it making a small opening and cutting me. I put my hand over my wound as i look at him andi slash at his hand and attempt to disarm him i kick his sword down but he punches my helmet and i get stunned, but his hand cracks afterwards. The guards come and charge at him as they hack and slash at the final man. They take me to the clinic and as they hand me the pouch i say. "It was for honor and glory...." I then jump up and attack him as the other one jumps on me and stabs me a few times i stand up slowly and jump onto my back, smashing him. I grab the pouch and give it to the halfling. At the age 16 he was a fine soldier in the local militia, afterwards at the age of 25 he would travel around in search of allies or new land, and on his way he stumbled into this region.
