That wasn't me but that is a very common experience. Elektro is really a killing field, and the thing is, that it is so large and with so many approaches that often the person who gets killed is just unlucky. You could exercise perfect skill and incredible caution and still get your chest ventilated in Cherno or Elektro.

I stay away from that place because its garbage. If i'm not welcome on these forums I'd be more than happy to show myself the door. I mistakenly assumed that people who run a Day Z server perhaps had a pair of nards sufficient to take a little ribbing, but if my rowdiness is rustling your jimmies I can leave. My rifle ingame unfortunately cannot be silenced. She's a loud girl. Not that most of you will notice since it seems many of you don't even own the game yet

Yeah man, any of the very large towns are more of a liability than it is worth. The only semi-safe one is Berezhino and even it is a roll of the dice. I would have never been in Elektro except that I had recently died and just happened to have spawned on the coast there.

Also does anyone know who the two guys I killed were? It was in elektro's grocery store, were they regulars or just a couple of yakkos passing through?

I'll try to get on the same wavelength as the rest of you, this forum seems to be riding a high school level otaku circle jerk/weird carebear snugglefest vibe, so i'll do my best to fit in. You can expect to see me around from time to time. Last night I was lucky enough to blow two peoples' heads off and get some NVG, GPS and other amenities. Such a satisfying find has endeared this little server to my heart. However, the fact that it is currently locked and I can't get in is seriously putting the kaibosh on my bandit boner. Tell me this isn't going to be a regular thing. I really see no good reason the server owner should be logged in, by himself, in "Playing" mode, with a password on the server. Me and a few others were on, the server went down for what I assumed what its scheduled restart, then when it came back up there were 4 or 5 people on (I couldn't get in), now its just Mr Admin, sitting up there in his ivory tower, probably hoarding all of my precious loot for himself. I hunger for Beans mr Vaqzine or whatever. HUNGEEERRRR
