Running into the monsters of the wilderness, such as Skeletons which had the power to wield bows, and the capability to shoot arrows at humans and other races of which the Skeletons didn’t like. The zombies, which would always waking him up at night, smashing on his door, and breaking it in. And the large mutant spiders, that could poison him in one bite, and were a mighty foe for young Dissedent to take down. Somehow, he always had some food with him, being scraps of beef, or crumbs of the bread, he would never go hungry. Thinking back to what his father had told him the day before Dissedent was exiled – “Son, I want to tell you, if anything happens to you in this family, know that it was for the better, and that we wish it didn’t happen to you. However, if something should occur, seek out the Monk’s Sanctuary down south. Open-Response-Questions Each and every question must be answered with a minimum of a single full paragraph and entirely in RP. Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? Looking down at his waist, checking his axe to make sure it is okay and in stable condition, gently wiping his face when he is in danger as he always does, Dissedent clears his throat. “Achkem” The two warriors turn their attention towards Dissedent, and begin to tell him off. “Look man, we ain’t be causin’ any trouble to th’s ‘ere Halflin’. We just be talking to him. Ain’t we fella.” The one warrior says with a giant smirk on his face, and Dissedent knows he is lying. The other warrior backs up the first warriors statement, gently nodding. Dissedent begins to dust off of leather bracers, his common sign that something is going to happen between him and someone else. “I reckon, that you back off. Or, I’ll have to lay my axe in your skull.” Dissedent says slowly pulling out his axe, and getting into his position. “Hah! Back off ‘ye young boy. Or I’ll ‘ave to shove me sword in your chest.” The warrior who said the first statement, said this after drawing his sword and slowly creeping closer to Dissedent. The warrior swings a clumsy blow, where Dissedent only just dodged it, and swung his axe as hard as he could into the warrior’s shoulder, where it went right into his neck. The warrior falls to the ground, in a heap of clattered armor. “You next?” Dissedent asks the other warrior, who casually backs away from the Halfling and sprints off, not turning around. “Are you alright little guy?” Dissedent asks the Halfling, who is now thanking Dissedent for saving his life. After exchanging thanks, the Halfling runs off, and saving the body for the other adventurers to loot, except the minas in his pouch. With this, Dissedent carries on his way, continuing his adventure. Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? “ ‘ello there, what can I do for you today?” Asks a well dressed suspicious looking man, with a strong accent. “Do you have anything that would go right into a ladies heart? I’m lookin’ for some love.” Dissedent says, a smirk crosses his face. After sometime, the man returns with what looks like the most beautiful amulet he’s ever seen in his life. “That’ll be 500 Minas. Unless of course, you have something in mind for a trade.” The man says, gently, and polishing off the amulet slowly. After much rummaging through his sack, Dissedent realizes his only thing for trade is his axe, but Dissedent mustn’t give it up. Dissedent only carrying 279 Minas, asks the merchant if he’ll go that low, since Dissedent needs someone to love, and is not very stable. “ That’s to low mate, yer gonna have to come up higher.” The man says trying to get a higher price. This goes on for some time, and the man finally decides to sell to Dissedent for 279 Minas, and casts Dissedent away from his stall. Having something to give to a lady, Dissedent carries on his way, looking for someone to love. Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: “Ah, a small shelter to get out of the rain! Ha! Lucky me!” Dissedent claims when he sees a small hut, alone in the wilderness. Dissedent slowly walks around the hut, checking for traps, or ambush locations. “All clear.” Dissedent says, and pushes open the door. Seeing it’s empty, Dissedent begins to cook his meat he got on his hunt this day, and notices a small box alone, and dusty in the corner. Opening the box, and hearing a lot of creaks, he notices a small golden sword, and 3 iron ingots. Dissedent never stole anything in his life, simply closing the box, and continuing to cook his meat. Once done, he set out of the hut, and continued his adventures to find someone. Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? “Hello traveler…We’ve heard so much about you. Please, come in, let me make you mushroom stew.” A man greets Dissedent in this manner, as Dissedent clumsily stumbles in the mans home. Sitting down at his table, glancing around, Dissedent notices a lot of heads mounted on the wall of monsters, and animals alike. “Are you a hunter humble man?” Dissedent asks, the man, as he prepares his stew. The man didn’t reply, instead he made a low grumble. Dissedent, growing weary of this place, eats the mushroom stew as fast as possible, and gets out of that village as fast as possible, not looking back, but sprinting away as quick as he can. Never again, shall he trust a small, village, without knowing them personally. You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: “Hello humble Axeman! Would you be so kind, in lending assistance to our town guard, on looking for bandits. A reward is offered for anyone who helps.” “I never turn down a chance to help. Point me in the direction to go, and I’ll bring you back some bandit heads.” Dissedent says as he gets up from the bench he was sitting on, and looking at the man, who offered him a reward. The man proceeds to point west, and sends three men to look for bandits with Dissedent. So Dissedent and his search team, set out, looking for any bandits to savagely murder, for his reward. Anything else you would like to say?: When the question says, “Where did I come from” in my in-character section, when I say the North, I mean in the northern snowy regions when you use the online map. This being meta-gaming, I wouldn’t use it in-game I was just trying to show you guys in reference where I would have came from.

Being 22 years old, and able to fit most of his fathers clothing, he took some of them, some food, and an old stone sword and ventured south hoping to find something new. Venturing for some time, he stumbled upon a watchtower by the name of North Alras Watchtower. He had found a new settlement, and hoped to make something of it. Or I'll...er, call in the guards!” The two warriors turn their attention towards myself, and I realize I can’t take these two down alone. But, knowing there isn’t many guards, I respond again, “Let him be, or else the guards will be here.” With that said, I carefully back my way out of there, not wanting to cause any more stir to these men than I already have. Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? I, Dissedent, am I collector of sorts. I purchase the item and walk away putting it in my pack and giving my thanks to the man. Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. I approach the camp slowly, stumbling into the camp clumsily. “Hello fare traveler!” The people greet me with common tongue, so they must be friendly… I ask for shelter and food, being quite aware of what is going on. My pack is secured on my pack tight, not letting that slip my body. Or my mind for that sake. “Here, take some Mushroom stew, please, eat this up.” Not sure whether or not to accept this food, I casually ask the ingredients. They list off the ingredients used in this stew, and after seeing I gobble it up, much like my pigs used to at my old farm. With having food in my stomach, I leave the camp, but watch my back, not knowing if they will strike me down any time soon. Show me where these slimy maggots are and I’ll surely poke my sword into them!” I say, putting my hand on his shoulder as a sign of me accepting this task. We proceed out the door way, and I help them track down these bandits who have been causing trouble to the nearby caravans who pass by this town. Anything else you would like to say?: Other than that this is the best server I’ve ever seen, not much else. And I hope to find my stay in this server, and start a new life in this server!
