This would be my first time, I’ve just seen a few LotC youtube videos and I think I’ve gotten the objective of roleplay, and figured out the roleplay etiquette. Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: - Due to my lack of any roleplay experience I would say no. Have you applied to this server before?(Please link past applications): - None that I could find, I was banned for a month from applying due to plagiarism How did you hear about us?: - I heard about you from youtube. What do you think the server will be like? - I believe the server will be an immersive experience, from the first step on Anthos, to the last step on whatever the next world is. I am looking for a very fun roleplay experience with maybe pvp every once in a while (The large battles such as in your “Unity” trailer). I think in general the server is going to be fun, I’ve browsed the forums, and I’ve seen youtube videos, I personally believe that there is no way the server can’t be fun. He was born during the time of martial law. During a time where there was no possibility of economic or social mobilization. He was stuck in the lower class with his family. He grew up having to steal, being a street urchin. Over time as the Orcish presence became ever so prominent in the Salvanian lands the need to steal grew. Due to the martial law, he had to learn to evade the guards. The problem was he was not necessarily the smartest, so he got quick when the robberies became more frequent. He was thrown in jail for a few years, until he was offered a chance to fight in the army due to the threat of the orcs invading Salvus. He agreed to fight in the army, due to being deprived of his freedom for such a long period of time. He trained with swordplay for the months to follow in order to be prepared for the battle. By no means was he a master swordsmen, but he wasn’t inept either. He became skilled enough to hold his own over the course of those few months in swordsplay. During the battle itself he saw horrendous things which were overwhelming for a man who was a mere street urchin for the majority of his life. As the tides turned and he saw that the Salvanian military was losing, he fled to Abresi. From there he had nothing, but the damaged armor which he wore. He wandered aimlessly for a few months to follow due to his lack of direction in life. He wasn’t an ambitious man, he just didn’t want to remain poor. He was fearful of returning back to the life of a thief purely because he feared getting caught and being deprived of his independent lifestyle. It clicked in his mind after a while, that however he was caught merely because of martial law and the militarized state of Salvus, not because he wasn’t careful enough. He decided to test the theory out that he wasn’t going to get caught by robbing people for small amounts of minas on the roads, over time he gained confidence and decided to rob more and more. (This is kind of the point where I’d like to start at in the world. I’m quite aware of the current events of Anthos, sorry if I got the history of Salvus wrong. I’m well aware of the fact that they left the Humans and defected to the Dwarves, then they were attacked by the Orcs and now the land is called Gronkkston.)) What are they like (personality)?: - Darius is very independent. That’s the primary characteristic in his personality. He is also very manipulative, he can act submissive merely to further his own self’s standing in Anthos, or to gain wealth. He is a very greedy person, hence why he What are their ambitions?: - Darius doesn’t have many amibitions. He isn’t a generally ambitious person, he just aims to accumulate enough wealth to be living comfortably. Due to his greed he will probably exceed the point of living comfortably and try to be as wealthy as possible, but he doesn’t necessarily aim to be wealthy. It’s a confusing really, due to his past in living the slums he doesn’t want to regress back to a state such as that so he tries to accumulate wealth instinctively to the point where he’ll be rich, but he doesn’t necessarily aim to be rich. He’ll just be aiming to live comfortably. He doesn’t have many other ambitions. Do they have any special skills?: - Darius is fairly decent with swordsplay. He also has a way with words that give off some kind of aura of intelligence, that make him seem intelligent. He’s not, he has a way of masking his weaknesses, What are their weaknesses?: - Darius is greedy, so he might overextend himself and try to rob too many people at once, or the wrong people. In addition, he isn’t very smart, he has a very wide array of vocabulary, but that doesn’t measure his intelligence. He isn’t able to comprehend things well and he isn’t able to remember how to get to places as quickly as others. He can’t figure out if something is a trap or not the majority of the time due to his lack of intelligence. Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Darius wears a brown bandana which covers the majority of his face. He is approximately 5’11, and he weighs 180 pounds. He is at ~6-8% body fat. He doesn’t have any distinct features, he is a very generic Human.
