Get a VPN.

Hotspotshield is a pretty good, free way in getting a VPN. It's worked for people.

Anything can be powergamed in a sense, Jaeden. That does not warrant that you should -1 this. The guy seems to have put a lot of effort into this. As others already said, the possession and what not is already being used, this is just some lore or the sorts to make it less questionable, etc. The ghosts, whether they have a certain leader or someone who administrates those who play as ghosts, should be able to handle any powergamers or the like.

I looked through the application and its replies, and the only thing that crossed my mind was that this is some kind of joke. That was pretty apparent both from you saying things in the app like "Everyone else made em so I decided to give it a shot #halflingsintostaff2k12," as well as your replies to those who gave you "feedback." You didn't even answer one of the app's questions, so I doubt you put much time into it. If you treat this process like it's a laughing matter, I'd expect that the staff will treat you likewise.

 

If you are truly serious about getting this position, I'd advise that you take the time to redo your application with a more sincere approach in mind, and actually respond to those who give you feedback (constructive or not, and from friends or not) with maturity and professionalism.
