honestly not a fan of kha', but it seems odd to me that proper lore would be restricted by activity. There's tons of random lore no on reads about flowers and plant life (WHICH HAS 0 ACTIVITY) but none for what is technically a major race. Seems weird to me but I probably don't know the whole story.
