Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary:
Far away, past the stars, past the sky, past the very fabric of time and space, in a realm very very different than the one we know, there was a village. With sweltering marshlands and inhospitable wild lands, this village was home to Oockoo. Now Oockoo was born a runt. That means he’s scrawnier, dumber, and weaker than all the others. His parents hated him, and the other children of his village were cruel to him. Until one day, he saw an opportunity. Oockoo was 13 and it was a bitter cold November, and He went out to the fields, to see what had scared the family pigs. And while there was no monster or wolf, there was a massive, free horizon, going on as far as he could see. And a thought came to him, half driven by bitterness and half by curiosity, to run into the horizon and never stop running. And he did. For five hours strait he ran, not taking a breath, not even slowing his pace, until he collapsed, so exhausted his legs gave out, and black closed in on him.
Oockoo awoke in a wooden hut, much different than the ones he grew up in. this hut seemed more straighter, somehow, which he thought odd. The owner of the hut was a crazed old hermit human named Pauper, and Pauper raised Oockoo like his own son. Teaching him to read, (Well, sort of), Teaching him good and evil, and teaching him to survive and to hold both Axes and Swords. Oockoo grew to be healthier, smarter (Well, relatively smarter), and more Honorable, than anyone he grew up with thought he could be. And when he was 20, he set off for a life as an adventurer like his adopted father, Pauper.
For 6 years he explored that world, seeing great cities, terrible monsters, and meeting many friends. But all that was soon to change. As if by divine intervention, Oockoo’s life was greatly spared. Oockoo stepped out of the stage wagon, which carries travelers a crossed the lands, to see on the top of the great hill that a great Orc city once stood, but instead he saw a massive black pillar of smoke, reaching hundreds of feet into the air! the great city, Mok’tal, was no more, and Oockoo was not present to be killed with it. But if you were only there to hear his wailing of misery!
And he set off again, but this time with no destination. He walked, and he never stopped, through the forests and through the plains, endlessly, he walked. Until he came to the end of the world, they say. He saw, standing 20 feet tall, a mighty giant, who stood in front of a mighty stone door just a crack open, and he held a large key. “Why have you come to the forbidden door of the end, wanderer?!” thundered the Giant. Terrified, but with nothing to lose, Oockoo simply said: “I lost everything. I got no reason to live…” Oockoo buried his head in his arms and prepared for death, but the giant gave something he did not expect. “This world will change, and with it, the door will be destroyed.” Thundered the Giant “These plains has been set aside from frail sinners!” Oockoo looked up, the door had opened completely “ENTER, AND BE BANISHED FROM THIS WORLD!!!” Screamed the giant, so loudly Oockoo’s ears bleed. Then a great wind blew and Oockoo was sucked into the door, into ethereal plains.
And for 10 straight years, he walked. Never stopping, ever starving, but never dying. He was always tired, but never resting. He was always thirsty, but never quenched. The plains rolled, on and on, forever. Until he found it, another door, great and made of stone, and his spirit of adventure was returned to him, and he felt young at heart again. The door was opened enough for him to slip through, and he did! A great light surrounded him, and then all went black…
He awoke on the hard stone floor of the Cloud Sanctuary, starving, tired, and parched. He is now 36 years old.
Description:
Now, Oockoo might not be very strong, or very smart, but Oockoo has a good heart, and a strong sense of honor. He tends to help other’s before himself, as that’s what Pauper taught him to do. He’s quite frail, compared to most Orcs, has blunt teeth and wears battered, dirty jeans and wolf pelt.
What are your characters ambitions?:
To explore the world, and to carve out a new home.
Please provide an in-game screenshot of your skin here:
Is there anything else you would like to say about your character?
Oockoo came from a family of farmers, so he’s a natural Gardner and farmer. When he was a boy, he always shared a love for wood carving and crafts, so he’s also quite talented there too.
Open-Response-Questions
Each question here must be answered with a minimum of one full paragraph, and detail the scene you are given in the way it would happen in roleplay. These questions should be answered in first person. Be detailed, not short.
Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response?
“Hullo!!” Me said “What is you selling? And would you buy raw meat?! Me REALLY need to sell my raw meat, NOW.” Me asked. I don’t know why he said no… “Err, why do ya’ want to sell it so bad?” Asked the Dwarf. “Me gots to sell it before it goes BAD! Please buy it!!” It made perfect sense to ME that I’d wanna sell meat before it goes bad. “Ah, well, actually my shifts over now BYE!” And then he got all scared and ran away…
You’re in the Cloud Sanctuary late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. The only present monk is fast asleep, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do?
“HEY! No need to fight!!” Me said. “Go ‘way, dis no your business!” Said the big Orc. He was real mean, and he said that in a real mean way, I could tell he wanted to fight. “No! this Sanctuary!! You no fight in sanctuary!!!” He not real smart, either. I got right up close and said loud so he’d understand, and he punched me!! Like he no hear a word I say! After I get up and choke down tears, I yell back “What’s THAT for!?” He got even madder now! “You wont me finish job, dumb lil’ wimp, er what?! GET OUTA HERE!” he yelled. Naturally, I did what any good person would do. I ran real, real fast away. I went to the monk and pushed him and I yelled “BIG OL’ MEAN ORC KILLIN’ THE DWARF!!!” and he got up real fast then. I felt pretty proud o’ myself for that.
Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenceless man. What does your character do?:
First I pulled out a bag for the coins and I started putting the coins in it, and the old guy gets all sad and yammering something about “All I have”. So I guessed maybe I was doing something wrong so moved on to getting him a new cane. All I could find in me bag was some sticks I carved that morning, so I hand him one and go back to cleaning up the coins. Then he kept yelling “No, please, that’s all I have!!” or something, and It was getting annoying, so I asked him what’s wrong, and he kept saying “That’s all I have!” it took me a whole hour just to figure out he wanted his money, so I stood him up and handed it to him, and by then I had forgotten my question!
By the way, How old do Orcs usually live on your server? And do you have any plug-ins for making the days longer? Also, I'm not sure if i'm supposed to just post this on one of either Minecraft forums OR your website, or both, but i decided to post it on both.
