There are a superfluous amounts of RPG, RPG-PVP, and RPG servers touting that they're role-play servers; We don't need to go advertise that we're an "RP-RPG" server or that we have "RPG Elements". It just brings in too many players who don't understand roleplaying and just want to grind and fight through mob dungeons. 

 

RPG elements sound great, but please for the love of god do not advertise us as an RP-RPG. Wrong genre, wrong players.

Let it be declared throughout the lands that we are an RP-RPG server. Those who understand not the genre shall suffer the agonies and tormenting fires of the application process.

Is the Player Lore Removal you suggested being considered at all, or was it just a survey?

The Lore Team shall go back to its original purpose of, rather than reading lore for the server, writing lore for it.

If I understand this correctly, players would be able to make any neutral or fragment lore without having to write a lore post, and the only time a lore post is needed is if it bends the rules? I'm for it. Let me put an example:
If a player and another group were in a bar right next to a cemetary, one of the players could rp a terrifying-looking ghost even though the ghost is harmless. This would most likely install fear into everyone else because they don't know what the ghost could do. For all they know, it could eat their souls in a matter of seconds even though it couldn't? It just installs and pokes at our fear of the unknown, our sense of adventure, and the wisps of imagination floating in our minds?

Since I didn't see the actual incident, I can't tell you much. Although if every last detail you said is true, I would consider it bullying.
